Very comfortable and relaxing stay, hope to use again if available?

Courtyard door seems to have dropped on the hinges, bit of a struggle to lock the door on entry and departure

Lovely property. Located in the perfect spot for us.

Cons:

Needs some maintenance as very difficult to secure the outer gate. Sliding door from main room into shower room wouldn't close, so no privacy if needed and shower doors need maintenance. No paper to be flushed down the toilet. Unfortunately on arrival, I opened the shutter on the bedroom window at the level of next doors yard to a pile of dog muck (zoom in on attached photos). It would be advisable to at least have fly screens as we couldn't open the window because of the muck. We kept those curtains permanently closed. Not something you want to be looking at. Also a screen on the shower room window as that backs onto the neighbours yard too. A dish had a huge chip.
Unfortunately we would not want to return.

Un bajo cómodo y bonito pero con alguna carencia.
Pros:

La casa está muy bien decorada. Es cómoda tanto los colchones como el sofá. El baño, el salón y las dos habitaciones son amplias.
Tiene aire acondicionado en cada estancia.
La cocina, integrada en el salón, está bien tanto el fregadero como los hornos. También tiene cafetera y tostadora

Cons:

Eché en falta una terraza aunque tiene un patio amplio con mesa, sillas y algunas plantas.
Lo peor fue que no contaba con ninguna olla o cazuela para cocer comida. No había ninguna fuente para asar.
Tampoco contaba con ningún vaso ni ensaladera, solo cuatro tazas. Los cubiertos eran solo para tres personas.

Muy cómodo y acogedor
Pros:

El apartamento es muy cómodo y limpio. Está muy cerca de la playa y tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Los alrededores genial a nivel de servicios y ocio.

Cons:

Muy pocos utensilios de cocina, sin lavavajillas y la playa que tiene cerca (el palmeral) no nos gustó por la cantidad de piedras (necesito escarpines). Hay playas mejores cerca pero necesario coger coche.

Dias de playa y relax con amigos
Pros:

El apartamento esta todo nuevo, limpio y tranquilo. Menaje correcto y articulos de linpieza y baño tambien.Pudimos aparcar cerca todos los dias. Tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa. No pasamos calor. Al ser un bajo con ventanales-puerta que dan al patio compartido, por la noche cerrabamos todo, pero con el aire acondicionado se estaba bien.

Cons:

A pesar de que el dueño, puso trampas para cucarachas por todos los rincones de la casa, el primer dia de estancia aparecieron dos cucarachas, pero luego tape el sumidero de la ducha y del lavabo, eche insectizida y tape la entrada de la casa, que tiene hueco por abajo, y no volvieron a aparecer. La cerradura de la puerta de la casa, sigue dando problemas, como comentaron otros inquilinos, y nosotras no conseguimos dar la vuelta a la llave para cerrarla. El piso es un bajo que se accede entrando en un patio que se comparte con otro apartamento. No tiene horno.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr freundlich und engagiert – man spürt, dass viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist eher spärlich, insbesondere wenn man als Familie selbst kochen möchte. Die Bettlaken waren grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings könnten einige davon erneuert werden. Für Gäste, die grossen Wert auf Sauberkeit legen, gibt es hier noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Pros:

Really nicely designed interior. Very comfy bed and sofa. All was almost brand new. Good shower with pressure and very hot water. Nice quiet location 5 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

More kitchen utensils would be helpful. Only 2 chairs outside but didn’t bother us.
