Worst place. I dint stay and made another booking.
Pros:

The hotel property shown on the website is under maintenance and was directed to another property which is worst. Its like a garbage slum area. Feel like looted by this booking.

Cons:

Location shown on portal not given. Directed to a slum area property. I want a refund of my money.

I will never ever book FAB property
Pros:

I had bad experience I will never book Fab properties. The worst location and hotel you had provided me. The original booking was in Bandra and then suddenly the day I arrived booking changed to Dharavi. The cleanliness of the property was worst

Scammers! They are brokers who scam you and send you to location where they rent rooms, mine was not even available and no one gave me support! Thiefs!!

Cons:

The Hotel cancelled the stay on the day of travel and few of hours before the check in without any justified reason. Moreover with the delay in refund of the reservation amount. I had to manage booking another hotel without a place to stay.I still haven't received my refund at the time of writing this review.

I liked the 'idea' of an apartment stay

Cons:

There was no signage from the street there to go, or in the lobby, not easy to get bags up the stairs, when I finally found someone to ask where to go and got to the floor, there was a mattress in the hall, a guy on his phone next to an ironing board in the reception area which was dingy, he then told me my reservation, which I had paid a deposit to confirm, was not available and the property was sold out. He offered no help beyond that and then left. I then spent an hour there with my luggage trying to find alternate accomodation. It was very dingy
