Unbeatable location, superb service, great breakfast and the daily Onsen soaks!
Pros:

The staff were kind, friendly and helpful (which is very typical all over Japan!).
The morning breakfast with traditional Japanese breakfast fare and the lightly sweetened cool matcha! The bakers were constantly replenishing yummy looking fresh baked breakfast pastries, and the aroma and the sight of fresh baking itself was pleasurable!
The Onsen soak everyday!

Cons:

Nothing in partcular. Everything was great!

以這個價位及地點和他們所提供的服務來說，在京都真的是無可挑剔。於新年期間入住，早餐也相當應景地推出日式風味的新年餐食，可說是相當用心。飯店亦提供澡堂（雖然男女分流雖有不便）但乏善可陳。櫃檯旁有免費備品、冰棒供旅客挑選、亦有自助洗衣供旅客使用，便捷且貼心。夜間時段的免費酒水、零食小點是一大亮點，讓旅客免費體驗各種日式酒水真的是值回票價！下次若來京都，絕對是我的住宿首選！

Cons:

房間、浴室、馬桶皆非常狹窄，典型的日式商務旅館的設計，較適合單獨旅行者。若是情侶、家庭，建議選擇較大房型會舒適些。
若是體型較大的歐美旅客則不推薦此旅館，房間空間狹小且壓迫感重，身體會遭遇不必要的碰撞而受傷。

1、接待人員非常和善
2、酒店位置交通非常便利，公車路線很多車次也很頻繁，阪急電車站也在附近，出門大概走路3～5分鐘即可
3、酒店附有泡湯設施，逛累了回酒店泡泡湯感到很紓解

Great location in Kyoto! Very comfortable, they even have a pillow library. Loved the onsen and free sake happy hour after a day of walking around the city.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is clean

Cons:

Very small room and half of it filled with table. With no possibility to open the window felt like a cage. I barely could stand up and turn around in the bathroom (shower and toilet are together). No restroom in reception! If you are after a long road - find another place before you check in. Very confolusing check in - supposed to be self check in, but didn't work so well. Breakfast was the same every day, nothing for kids, but sweet pastry..

Pros:

The location is excellent, right near the train station, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were professional and friendly, and we were able to store our luggage when we arrived early.
A lovely surprise was the happy hour from 6:00–8:00 pm, with free drinks including alcohol. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options. The rooms were a bit small, but overall, our group of six stayed in three rooms and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
