Overall would recommend to anyone who’s staying in seaham
Pros:

Great location and nice clean rooms

Cons:

Have stayed at the property multiple times before in different rooms. This time we stayed in the back room number 4 which was very clean and spacious however the metal bed made sooo much noise when just turning over which kept waking us up.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Good location, close to the beaches & amenities.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. Every time my husband moved , I felt the whole mattress move, as if I was in a water bed.
I didn’t like the fact that the front door to the property was often left wide open.

Pros:

This was my third time staying at Londonderry’s. I appreciate the comfort, the price (very affordable), the convenience to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and all of the little touches in the room to make sure my stay is comfortable. The shower has fantastic water pressure, just what I needed after a long, chilly day searching for sea glass.

Die Sauberkeit. Die Reinigungskraft macht einen super Job. Schönes Zimmer, schönes Bad.

Cons:

Der Geruch vom Restaurant. Vlt. sollten die Türen abgedichtet werden. Schön wäre, wenn man einen Teller und Besteck bereit stellen könnte, damit man sich ein Sandwich machen kann.

Comfortable and cosy! Perfect location for a couple of days of sea glass hunting.
Pros:

A lovely spot in a great location, perfect for myself and my two daughters.
Really clean (we met the amazing housekeeper) and some nice touches of sweet treats.
A really comfortable bed and a great night sleep.
When we had an issue with the heating, the owner came to the property with a portable heater. Thank you.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shower which I reported to housekeeping in the morning. I didn't realise this issue until the morning (no cold water was coming through). She said she would pass on to the owner.
The windows could do with a little better sealing but this is an old building. It didn't help that the large radiator wasn't working but the owner was extremely accommodating and sent over a portable heater.
