Cons:

朝食時に飲み物がなくなった時があり、職員の人が「それは私ではわからない」と補充の仕方がわからない様であったが、他の職員に確認をする等の対応しなかった点

Its a place that worth for a short stay here, if you cannot find any other better choices.
Pros:

Its worth the money, and the staff is very nice. I like the night curry, breakfast, and the drink bar provided here. Its very near to a shopping mall, so it's easy to grab some food if stay here.

Cons:

The room is a bit old, and the light is not bright enough; also, the corridor is full of a smoking smell. I also do not understand why the onsen is only provided to guys. Its quite far from the station too.

Pros:

西条のイベントから近かったところ。
男性の大浴場があったこと。
朝食があったところ

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれなかったところ。
女性大浴場はなかった。
イベントだから仕方ないですが高かった。
隣のいびきがきこえた

Pros:

Very thankful to book at the last minute, JR line had a rare power failure. Hotel was walkable from the Saijo station and staff was polite. The value was great, breakfast, nice public bath and a curry dish in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing bothered me ☺️
