Amazing location together with a beautiful apartment!

Diese Unterkunft ist wie Berlin selbst: beeindruckend, ein bisschen chaotisch und man weiß nie so genau, was einen hinter der nächsten Tür erwartet.

Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar. Direkt am Brandenburger Tor aufzuwachen und beim Frühstück quasi der Quadriga zuzuwinken, hat schon etwas. Die Wohnung selbst ist riesig, modern eingerichtet und vermittelt auf den ersten Blick das Gefühl: „Hier wohnt sonst ein erfolgreicher Architekt mit Pinterest-Account.“

Cons:

Auf den zweiten Blick entdeckt man dann die kleinen Abenteuer des Alltags.

Die Versorgung mit Toilettenpapier scheint in Berlin grundsätzlich als Luxusgut betrachtet zu werden – auch hier reichte der Vorrat eher für einen spontanen Zwischenstopp als für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Die angekündigten Pflegeprodukte bestanden aus… Seife. Ende der Liste.

Der große Fernseher wurde mit vier Fernbedienungen geliefert. Leider funktionierte keine davon. Das Ganze fühlte sich an wie ein Escape Room: „Finde den Weg zum Abendprogramm.“ Bonuslevel: Das WLAN-Passwort war nirgends auffindbar.

Die Balkontür hinterließ schwarze Spuren an Händen und Kleidung – ein kostenloses Souvenir für alle, die gerne mit Kohle zeichnen. Die Teppichböden hätten sich ebenfalls über die Bekanntschaft mit einem Staubsauger gefreut. Tote Fliegen, vertrocknete Blätter und vergessene Haarklammern früherer Gäste sorgten für eine Art archäologische Ausstellung direkt im Wohnzimmer.

Besonders sportlich wurde es bei der Treppe zur oberen Etage. Sie ist extrem steil und eher etwas für Menschen mit guter Kniegesundheit und Abenteuergeist. Der angekündigte barrierefreie Zugang blieb hingegen ähnlich mysteriös wie das WLAN-Passwort.

A prime seat overlooking the 'Brandenburger Tor'.

When I entered the room, I was very impressed. It was spacious, and the 'Brandenburger Tor' could be viewed from an angle beyond my imagination.

Cons:

It took 50 minutes to get inside. I watched a video from the owner, but the video was old, so there wasn't a matching entrance sign. I found an entrance with a partially identical sign.
There was no toilet paper.

Abgemacht Einzug um 13:00, angekommen Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt Inhaber nicht erreichbar Zeit lang .... Erst kurz vor 15:00 war Zimmer sauber.
Zu Ausstattung Tische wackeln kurz vor Zusammenbruch. Sofa voll mit Flecken. WC Knopf hebt solala Wasserhahn Wasser läuft nicht nur aus Wasserhahn. Fenster schließen sich nicht richtig war kalt im März Dachfenster defekt war zum Teil offen.
Für 310€ Euro pro Nacht kann man auch gute Hotel in der Nähe finden , ich würde nicht nochmal die Wohnung buchen. ⭐ Von 10
