Aussicht und zentral.

Cons:

Abgemacht Einzug um 13:00, angekommen Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt Inhaber nicht erreichbar Zeit lang .... Erst kurz vor 15:00 war Zimmer sauber.
Zu Ausstattung Tische wackeln kurz vor Zusammenbruch. Sofa voll mit Flecken. WC Knopf hebt solala Wasserhahn Wasser läuft nicht nur aus Wasserhahn. Fenster schließen sich nicht richtig war kalt im März Dachfenster defekt war zum Teil offen.
Für 310€ Euro pro Nacht kann man auch gute Hotel in der Nähe finden , ich würde nicht nochmal die Wohnung buchen. ⭐ Von 10

abgesehen von den schlechten Seiten hatten wir die Silvesternacht genossen

- Sauberkeit ( defekte Toilettenspülung,fehlendes Toilettenpapier,benutztes Filterpapier in der Kaffeemaschine,schmutzige Besteckteile,Betten sahen wie benutzt aus
- im Vorfeld war kein Kontakt zum Vermieter möglich

Enjoyed our stay . Amazing view
Pros:

One of the highlights of our trip through Europe so far was sitting on the balcony, over looking the square of Pariser Platz with an uninterrupted view of the Brandenburg gates, drinking a beer and listening to a musician in the square playing a violin. It is a memory that I will always think of when I remember Berlin.The view was amazing. The apartment was neat and tidy and the location was excellent

Cons:

We lost wifi unfortunately not long after getting in to the accomodation. We were unable to rectify this until it seemed to fix itself early on our last day. Very much a first world problem but made planning and organising our trip and also contacting a dr for an issue my wife had that little bit harder than it should have been
