Unterbringung im „Gästehaus“, einem gesonderten Gebäude getrennt durch öffentliche Straße. Mitteilung davon erhält man erst nach Zahlung des Zimmers, so dass Stornierung unmöglich ist.

Fahrstuhl im Gästehaus außer Betrieb, hierzu gab es keine Mitteilung.

Anfänglich Abfluss-Geruch im Bad.

This is n a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown.

Licht und Schatten in relativ praktischer Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns gefallen. Um zum Bahnhof / zur Altstadt zu kommen, kann man zu Fuß fast die ganze Zeit am Rhein entlang gehen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Gut auch, dass man sich im Hotel die Wasserflaschen kostenlos auffüllen kann.

Cons:

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Aufzug kaputt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock, das aufgrund der hohen Auslastung auch nicht gewechselt werden konnte. Zwar wurden uns (immerhin und freiwillig) 10% des Übernachtungspreises erlassen. Trotzdem war das eine ganz schöne Herausforderung, besonders mit Gepäck. Zu den Betten: die Matratzen waren ok, allerdings finde ich Federbetten nicht besonders passend - und im Hochsommer erst recht nicht. Mein Mann hat außerdem einen Teil des Bodens gewischt, der von den Reinigungskräften wohl übersehen wurde und klebte.

Tolles hotel nahe des Rheins und der Innenstadt

Nettes Personal Klimaanlage bei der Wärme hervorragend das Zimmer im Nebengebäude top Bad super Betten gut gratis Wasser in Glasflächen fand ich sehr gut vorallem bei der Wärme Frühstück top
