Pros:

The hotel is in a silent neighbourhood, close to the underground station. Cozy room.

Cons:

We stayed there for 3 nights and asked for one cleaning, but it was forgotten. The fridge didn't work.

Pros:

L'hôtel est à 15-20min à pied du centre ce qui est plutôt agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était un petit peu fraîche à la période où nous y étions mais c'était agréable quand même. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet, il y a beaucoup de choix, et le personnel est très aimable et accueillant.

Enttäuschend
Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Bereits vor der Anreise wurde uns per E-Mail ein Upgrade angeboten. Als wir dieses vorgängig in Anspruch nehmen wollten, wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und kein Upgrade möglich wäre.

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer, das jedoch sehr stark nach Rauch roch. Daraufhin wurde uns glücklicherweise ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Umso unverständlicher war für uns, dass trotz der angeblichen Ausbuchung plötzlich doch ein anderes Zimmer verfügbar war.

Zusätzlich mussten wir in den 4. Stock, ohne vorher darüber informiert worden zu sein, dass der Fahrstuhl defekt ist. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem das teilweise sehr unfreundliche Personal.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider sehr enttäuschend und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.
