COMO BOUTIQUE EN PLENO CENTRO
Pros:

el desayuno muy completo y bueno
la ubicacion en un barrio rodeado de arboles y mansiones en medio de la ciudad, muy agradable
el dormitorio muy comodo, lo unico la ducha que no mantenia la temperatura de forma regular
lo mejor de todo el gym , sauna y piscina (aunque esta un pelin fria, pero perfecto para nadar)

Cons:

no habia restaurante para cenar ni comer

Een heel goed hotel in hartje Keulen
Pros:

De locatie, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de receptie. De kamer: ruim en licht met goede bedden. De badkamer met een grote inloopdouche. Alles was zeer hygiënisch en verzorgd. Het ontbijt had voldoende keus en werd goed aangevuld. Ook waren er ruim voldoende zitplaatsen.

Top für einen Städtetrip!!
Pros:

Die Lage in der Stadt war für uns super! U-Bahn Station schnell zu erreichen. Und es gab reichlich freie Parkplätze am Haus, die man mal nicht bezahlen musste. Der Wellness Bereich ist top, alles sehr sauber!

Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln!

Pros:

Die Bar des Hotels hat mir gut gefallen.

Cons:

So hellhörig, dass man die Menschen im Nachbarzimmer schnarchen hört. Die Matratze ist so hoch, dass sie bei jeder Bewegung in der Nacht an den Lichtschalter kommt, um die Lampe einzuschalten. Ich habe keine der 3 Nächte richtig geschlafen.
Zugangsdaten zum WLAN gibt es nur in der Hotellobby - also besser gleich beim Einchecken einloggen!

Cons:

Früstücksraum sehr überlaufen, Aufzug ausgefallen (kann mal passieren), beim Check-Out konnte man mir keine Rechnung ausdrucken. Darauf warte ich noch immer.

Das Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer so weit in Ordnung.

Cons:

Fahrstuhl defekt, was für ältere Menschen ein Problem sein könnte. Beim Frühstück wird Convenience Food eingesetzt.

Pros:

De kamer voldeed aan de beschrijving. De ligging was aangenaam. Prijs<-> kwaliteit prima. Historisch centrum lag op een afstand die te lopen is (mits gezond). In de avond was de Lobby een grote puinzoon. Overal flesjes, dopjes, vlekke van flessen. Het leek op een kraakpand dit door de zelfbediening van het café gedeelte. Ik begrijp de financiële keuze voor zelfbediening de zooi was jammer. Dit haalt de tevredenheid rondom de hygiëne omlaag. Het zwembad was aangenamer geweest als het twee graden warmer zou zijn. De info rondom het gebruik van de sauna (melden ruim van te voren) had duidelijk gekund.

Cons:

De zooi in de lobby en een loshangende spiegel in de hotelkamer. Aantal stopcontacten bij de nachtkastjes.

Alles dabei was man benötigt. Die Lage hervorragend. Wasserspender für kostenfreies Wasser. Sehr gut!
