Tolles Hotel in Köln! Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wir hatten einen Top Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt super und man erreicht alles fussläufig.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und hochwertig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer abgeschlossenen Garage trocken und sicher unterbringen.

Pros:

We were given a large room, we had another friend with us, they helped us add him to our room, the hotel has a free pool and sauna for hotel residents, we took advantage of it, it was low season, so there were few people in the pool, thank you very much, our vacation exceeded all expectations, we thank the staff and hotel workers, we will be happy to come again

Pros:

Parkplatz fürs Motorrad direkt vor dem Eingang. Schlaffe so besser.
Sonst alles normal bei Mercure : PROFIS. 👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

Nix - alles gut.
Doch : Schalter fürs Licht wird (ungewollt) von der Matratze betätigt. Musste mein Bett schieben.

Posizione, vista, tranquillità, dimensioni della camera

Cons:

Abbiamo scoperto solo in fase di consegna della camera che l’ascensore era rotto. La nostra camera era a sesto piano. Un disagio non da poco detto all’ultimo

Cons:

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Der Aufzug funktioniert bereits seit längerer Zeit nicht, was uns bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Dadurch mussten wir ständig bis in die 5. Etage zu Fuß hoch- und runterlaufen, was sehr anstrengend und für uns nicht akzeptabel war.

Wir hätten erwartet, dass ein solcher Mangel vorab kommuniziert wird oder eine entsprechende Lösung angeboten wird. Leider hat dies unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Daher können wir unsere Erfahrung nur als enttäuschend bewerten.

A good place to rest.
Pros:

A comfortable, clean and well ventilated room. Breakfast was a nice addition. Maybe slightly closer to the central area would have been better. Secure bike parking a nice touch.

Cons:

We sometimes had to wait for our bikes to be released from the secure bike parking facility, but not a big issue.

Boring but nice
Pros:

The district seemed quiet and well to do - the property itself smart (but not flash).

Cons:

I arrived at 2:30pm - a little early for checkin which was 3pm. I expect there to be a bit of flexibility around check in times, especially in higher end hotels. The receptionist said it was going to be ok but unsure if she was joking with me or genuinely thought she was doing me a masive favour 😄
