Expensive and money-grabby.
Pros:

Room was clean but nothing special

Cons:

Bathroom tiny, No aircon in the gym. Free wifi was useless - had to pay extra for decent wifi. Felt like everywhere you turned, needed to pay more

Location! Location! Views!
Pros:

We had a great view of the beach (from the side) but still looked amazing. The rooms were comfortable, and the bed was huge. A simple room that was quite spacious and clean. The location is definitely the main attraction of the hotel, it's a small walk across the street to Scarborough beach, the cafes, bars and local parks are on the door step of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a little dated and there was work being undertaken to try and modernise the foyer and some facilities. The pool was also closed, but wasn't really an issue as was too cold to swim anyway (looks like it will be quite special when finished).

Not sure id return was very upset with how they treat me and my friend

Cons:

Some of the staff are quite rude also why can I not have a guest in my room after 10pm they literally have someone sitting there and stopping anyone. I’ve paid for this room if I want to come back to my room with a friend I don’t think that’s any of their business

Cons:

Upon arrival the concierge couldn't be fucked reading the name on the license handed to her, told me I did not have a booking which saw me book an additional room that was not required, more expensive and was told Sorry it's not refundable.

Location is awesome room was fantastic

Cons:

Had to walk around to rear of hotel as doing renovations, then escalator was broken, had a disabled person in my group.
