Location and views

Cons:

Wasn't informed no pool until looked out window of room. Room not cleaned until very late in afternoon and needs more staff on front counter. All this for over $300 a night

As expected. Getting used to lack of maintenance as location is so good

Cons:

In a state of disrepair. I have stayed many times over the past few years and the pool has still not been renovated - same with the front entry. At least the back entry escalators were working this time

Had a very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and much closer to the beach than I was expecting! The location is perfect, right in the centre of Perth's Scarborough Beach area. Lovely bar. Fantastic sea view from the balcony. Supermarket, restaurants, beach and shops are all within a very short walking distance. There is also a bus stop very nearby - very practical if you are not travelling by car. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Slightly expensive, but well worth it. :-)

Pros:

Location, room size, staff, comfort.

Cons:

The mini bar hadn't been restocked and was almost empty when I checked in. I had to call to make sure they didn't charge me. Also, major renovations including no pool etc that I wasn't aware of when I booked.

Pros:

Lovely hotel

Cons:

Long check in took 45 mins in the queue.
Also I booked an extra few nights checked I could keep the same room before booking. Told yes once I booked was told no and it was a bit of pain due to check out and in.
Also alot of noise from outside from the bars. Even with balcony doors shut alot of noise.
Also when I put do not disturb on my door the cleaner still came in however didn't empty the bin.

Clean comfortable great location
Pros:

So spacious right in the middle of all the action in Scarborough

Cons:

Parking was terrible we paid for parking up at reception and booked 2 rooms 1 of our rooms had to park over at the beach and the pool was closed which we thought why would you renovate during the hottest time of year it was 42 in some parts of Perth that day .
