Wir haben die Freunde in Krefeld besucht und das Hotel war 5 Minuten von denen entfernt, deswegen haben es für eine Nacht gebucht.
Check-in war sehr schnell und unkompliziert, das Zimmer war größer als erwartet, alles war sauber und gemütlich, das Bett war auch richtig groß.
Werden es gerne nochmal buchen und weiterempfehlen.
Check-out war auch sehr schnell und unkompliziert.
5€ für den Parkplatz fanden wir auch in Ordnung👍🏼

Das Hotel hat uns relativ kurzfristig aufnehmen müssen, nachdem der Vermieter der Wohnunung, um die wir uns wegen der Gamescom schon vor Monaten gekümmert hatten, nicht ans Telefon ranging und wir ohne Dach überm Kopf dastanden.
Nach dem ganzen damit verbundenen Stress war die leichte Abwicklung und die freundliche Ankunft am Thresen des Hotels eine mehr als willkommene Abwechslung.

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit fällt mir ein - am letzten Tag, dem Tag unserer Abreise, gab es kein Frühstück, da einer der Mitarbeiter verschlafen hatte. Das war allerdings kein größeres Problem, da wir das Geld vom entsprechenden Tag dann zurückerhalten haben. Grundsätzlich sehe ich die Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption per Telefon als sehr positiv, die Person am Hörer war meiner Erfahrung nach auch immer überaus freundlich.
