Pros:

The hotel was good, with a nice location. There are a lot of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy walk to public transport.
Food, drinks, bathhouse, and sauna were free, and I had a great time. I had a wonderful and relaxing time in the bathhouse when I needed it.

Cons:

They have a small locker for luggage, so there isn’t much space. I took my luggage into the capsule room and kept it with me.

Pros:

The location was excellent with many restaurants, stores, and attractions nearby. The free onsen, breakfast, popcorn, dinner, and alcohol were fantastic!

Cons:

The sleeping quarters on my floor were a little humid and in need of room deodorizers.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been nice. The best thing is the lounge and the free food and drinks that you have access to. Location is in the heart of Akihabara with good connection to the station.

Cons:

The sauna and hot spring was pretty lacking compared to other capsule hotels in Japan.

They need more comfortable clothes, they need the clothes to smell better. The rooms in floor 3 kinda smell weird. Need more air circulation going in
