The area around the building is not looked after.
There were noisy neighbours and some shouting in the hall way.

Pros:

Basic clean room with small kitchen 15-20min from the airport

Cons:

Host was not easy to contact, he didn’t answered via booking massages, we arrived after 11pm, and called 3 times and few massages till he answered, if not local sim bought at airport it would be a problem. Communication should be better

We loved our stay at this property and will definitely come back again soon.
Pros:

It is locted at a stones throw from NAIA International Terminal. All the facilities such as restaurants, 24/7 super markets and fruit and vegetable stalls and money exchange are available at 2 minutes walk from the property. Moreover, the host are super nice and always go out of their way to to make their guests comfortable.

Pros:

It is in the middle of everything. Markets, fastfood, near airport. Price is very affordable.
the facility is very well equipped. there is a fridge, kettle, rice cooker.
And definitely we will come back!
