There is nothing to like at all.

Cons:

The ac was not working, the lift was not working, as well as the the water is not coming from the taps. I raised the concern for the water but the manager said, what can we do?

I requested him, to provide the a bucket of water at least then he gave it to me also, there was no buckets in the rooms.

Poor HYGIENE. Reception manager very fraudulent

Location was okay.

Cons:

The rooms were not at all clean. Toilet commode broken. Condoms in the balcony. Reception staff fraudulent asking me to cancel the booking and pay directly.
My female sharer also complained of staff eve teasing in the lobby.

The First Room was Good, but it was to hot the climatisation not work also the shower was defect.

The Guys was smart, they not wanted change anything they doesn't gave us a discount they just say we will get one, in the end we payed the full price for a room with 40 degree in the night. what they gave us was not a discount just Palava.
