We had a quick stay so I could not say much but welcome staff was polite and fast in welcoming. Us late at night
There were many stuff in the ground floor that was not properly arranged. Could be improved to make the place more relaxing to walkthrough.

Pool felt a bit “open” with alleyways passing and an open view to street would be nice to have that bit sectioned off for privacy and relaxing. Not a major flaw but would be nice.
Buffet breakfast was nice but same for all 3 mornings….

Attentive staff, good parking, well designed room with efficient AC, uncomplicated tv, lots of power outlets and large bed.
The included breakfast was fine and the room service food was amazing - very large portions and inexpensive.

We stayed in the new hotel section. The room was new, perfect! But not all was in place yet ☹️. The window could not be opened. It was lock. Why built a new hotel with windows that are lock? Why not leave it up to the guests to open the window and get fresh air in?
No holder for the toilet roll were mounted.
No shower curtain were mounted.
No soap dish.
Only bedside table on one side?

A very nice large hotel. My room was quiet and very comfortable. No hot water kettle though. The staff was very friendly and helpful with parking which can be a concern. By the way the main driveway is enter/exit both, and whatever you do, do NOT turn into Soi 10 next to the hotel. The included breakfast on Sunday morning was prepared from a menu, not a buffet, but very nice. There is also an excellent restaurant with music across the street.
We stayed there for 2 nights. The quality was acceptable for the price we paid. The breakfast was okay, more than what we expected at least all the major dishes like eggs, breads, jams, rice (fried rice) were there. The room was quite big with several furniture and ... the Wifi was good. The refrigerator in room was full with many options. She staff was helpful. I will definitely be back.
A quick booking was made due to the very last min and had chosen this hotel because of the time is running out. However, we get what we paid, the quality was acceptable of the normal 2 stars hotel should have. Simple breakfast was okay, more than what we expected at least all the major dishes like eggs, breads, hams, rice, etc. were there.
