Pros:

Our 22-day stay was smooth and comfortable. The place met all our needs. The owner was kind, responsive, and very accommodating—he allowed us a late checkout and even offered a cashback. An excellent host and a great place to stay.

Neat small place. But springs you could feel through the mattress.

The place was clean and comfortable. Very Homey and safe. Staff were accommodating. Easy check in and check out.

Recommendable to stay although a little bit far from the city center of Manila.
Cons:

Only one mirror by toilet… need to have additional mirror in the living room maybe to be placed with glue on the entrance door .

simply disappointing
Pros:

It was close to my family in Kalawaan

Cons:

I booked the unit for 1 month for my partially disabled brother accompanied by my sister (my brother is non speaking only uses sign language). No one came to check if the occupants are ok or if they need some assistance on what is available for them. Having rented the unit for 1 month I was disappointed as it is kind of a no human touch!
I rented the unit for my brother who was going through a series of medical examination for his eyes. He cannot speak or see properly only using sign language and gestures at best.
Without prior notice the electricity was turned off on the last day, almost saying get out now! A little harsh treatment for a local resident and disabled person. Not to mention for a returning customer as I paid for brothers stay.

The guards are very well accommodating though as my sister said. Well done guards maybe the owner could learn a little from them.
