The Chalet is beautiful, great value for money. We wished we had of booked an extra night.
Good location. Close to mountain walks. Good heating as it was very cold. Well stocked kitchen
Not many shops nearby so bring food with you if you want to cook your own breakfast.
Staff were so very helpful and friendly. The deluxe cabin was so comfortable and warm. The convenience store and proximity to Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre were a bonus. Our family really enjoyed staying here.
It was a little confusing navigating the roads within the park to get to our cabin.
The cabin was AMAZING Beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Bed was super comfortable and the fireplace created an amazing atmosphere. Could not have asked for a better room. Complimentary wine, cheese and crackers was the cherry on top! Very close to Information Centre so great location.
There was no vegetation between the cabins so they are very exposed on the side we were on (Cabin 9) We looked directly onto another cabin.

Not all bedside lamps worked but not a big deal
We had the most magical stay. The rooms were clean and cosy and we were lucky enough to have snow while we were there. The view from the back balcony was lovely and so close to all the walking tracks.

The location was good and close to the Visitor Centre.
The quality of the accommodation was disappointing due to stains on the carpet, scuff marks on the walls and the out of order fire place that wasn’t mentioned upon checkin.
Gorgeous, modern accommodation. Loved the cosy fireplace and electric blanket on the bed. Overjoyed to see snow for the first time :)
Location
The cabin was dirty, not cleaned properly. The carpet is filthy, the fan in the toilet sounds like a helicopter taking off. No coffee maker, just a kettle and some instant sachets. Just tree rubbish to look at. The whole place looks like a tornado has been through here either tree litter everywhere. Roads are terrible, pot holes everywhere.
Roomy cabins, everything possibly required was provided for. Beautiful and clean. Lovely staff, highly recommend

The views of the cabins back straight on to other cabins and for the price it would have been nice to feel more secluded
It was very private and cosy, we enjoyed the spa bath.
Great staff on check in and it was a comfortable cabin with a stunning view over the valley.
Cradle Mountain is not cheap for accommodation , it’s a captive audience in paying high prices for the privilege of stay in on the mountain. So you know this coming in and although it is expensive for what you get it’s worth paying this to experience Cradle.
