Peu mieux faire.
Pros:

Secteur calme et sécurisé, personnel à l écoute. Salle de sport petite mais sympa.

Cons:

Piscine vétuste, manque de table et chaise pour le déjeuner. Manque de chaise dans la chambre.

It is a good hotel.
Pros:

At the fist day, the staff is very bad. However, on the next day, after we compalin with the manager, the manager provides us timely and good solution. overall, it is good.

The rooms were clean the area was awesome the breakfast rocked

Cons:

When I checked in I had rented 3 suites. I had called 3 days prior to get all 3 rooms on the same floor which they said they could accomadte. When I checked in they told me all 3 wouldn't be available and I asked how long. The employee told me she didn't know. Then she proceeded to tell me because I was checking in early. Check in is at 3. I checked in at 2 57. So not having all 3 rooms at least on the same floor left me with a bitter taste right when I got there.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the Pasadena or Arcadia area, so we enjoy this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. The location was great. The room was very nice and large. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, VERY FRIENDLY AND HOSPITABLE.

Cons:

The toilet did not flush well, we had to get a plunger once. The staff addressed this issue immediately.

The washing and laundry machine still need coins as many years ago, and only the lobby desk helper only accept cash to buy coins, this is very uncomfortable as cash is rarely used today.
