Pros:

At this particular site, there was no breakfast offered for guests. The stove, microwave, and refrigerator were fine. However, there were no pots and pans, nor flatware included in room.

Cons:

My bed did not fit well in the bed frame. However, I rested well.

Pros:

Quick and efficient for a business trip. Location was great with everything around it

Cons:

Very thin walls was woken up at 6am after a very late arrival the night before. Could hear my neighbors physically fighting and screaming at the top of their lungs. The room could use curtains for a more enjoyable experience bc it was super bright in the room as well

If you value your safety, do not stay here
Cons:

I absolutely hated this place.

Because of your negligence, I had a full-blown panic attack. Your staff allowed a random man to pass through the front desk and come all the way to my room just because he claimed to be my father — without any verification and without my consent.

That man stood outside my door in the middle of the night, knocking for 40 minutes straight. Your staff did nothing to stop it. They didn’t intervene, didn’t remove him, and didn’t prioritize my safety.

I am certain this is a serious violation of basic hotel security policies. No guest should ever have someone sent to their door without explicit permission — especially not at night.

I had a flight the next day, and instead of resting, I was dealing with fear, stress, and a panic attack caused entirely by your failure to protect your guest. I was moments away from calling the police.

I will not let this go. What happened that night is unacceptable, and I am seriously considering legal action.

Great deal and safe for a solo female traveler.
Pros:

The staff was great. Very friendly. Super helpful.

Cons:

The smell of pot was super strong in the hallway outside my room. It was a non smoking floor.

I loved the place and the two lady’s who checked us in were just so sweet and fast to fix any problems we had they were so inviting and I felt safe there

Too many people hanging out outside. Said non smoking 25ft near building and there were many people smoking outside.
