The location is very good and serene. The staff is very cooperative and efficient. Service was good. Very courteous and helpful people. I found the person at reception multi-tasking. One night we didn't order dinner and he was so concerned, he called me asking if we required to order food before the kitchen closed.
Food options are very less which need to be increased.
Location. Rooms.
Food is much overpriced.
convenient
The water heater is working slowly. You may need to leave it open for a while.
The property was very good, clean and the location was perfect neither too close to the town nor too far.
The food was very good.
Most importantly their staff is very helpful and supportive.
Nothing
Staff was warm and welcoming
Little u way to park 4 wheeler
The staff was good and location was wonderful
They replaced our room with the suite and i love that
They need to add landline for room service
Location was good
The cleanliness of the room could be improved.
The room per se was good and the cooking was also ok
There was no provision for AC and it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. We requested for an alternative like a desert cooler but the team didn’t oblige. The television did not have cable connection and the team claimed that the monkeys had ruined the wiring. To make things worse, it our room, the lighting was dim making it difficult to even read a book
Very good, it was our anniversary and they decorated the room with balloons and flowers. I loved it.
Few spiders were in the house, but it was manageable.
I had a lovely time at Blusalzz. The overall comfort, ambience and view from this property is incredible.
Nothing, just the drive to the place
Poor facilities, highly over priced with dirty linen and poor food. I reached @9:00 PM and hotel staff started pushing to order dinner as the kitchen closes at 10.
In winters the offered cold water mixed with ruhafza in a small tea glass as welcome drink.
The rooms balcony had a splendid view of labours cooking and shouting in their huts and mind you I paid a whopping 12 k for one night stay, with no food included.
The food itself was overpriced, equalling the amounts of some of the best five stars while it is not even a two star hotel
Location wise good
Rest all very bad
Let me write this in detail so fellow travellers are aware:-
1)Wrong room allotment-As i was travelling with parents,i asked them to book GF but they gave me room on top of the resort. After requesting, they provided the GF room.
2)Room had wierd smell inside. This is a pet freindly place so the smell might be due to dogs presence by previous owner.
3)Seelan smell due to heavy rains some daya back.
4) Service is bad due to ahortage of ppl.Even the resort manager was serving and cooking inside kitchen.
5) Rotten chai patti served with Room kettle- had to get it changed after making tea.
6) Drainage issues in bathroom-Water was stuck in my bathroom and had to pushed towards sink for exit.
7)Food is highly overcharged and very limited menu.
Overall not a very good experience for me and my family.Only the location was a good part
Yes one more point is parking is very limited.
Not a value for money experience for me👎👎👎👎🏿👎
