Pros:

地理位置非常好，大馬路對面有大商場，也有地鐵，背後又有海德一滙一二三區商場。地鐵口又左樓下附近。
床及枕頭非常舒適，枕頭種類也有得選擇。
沖涼水夠力也夠熱，冷氣夠凍。
前台有禮貌也盡量幫忙。

Cons:

厠所沖厠不順，甚至堵塞情況，要換房。技工服務員告訴不可掉衞生紙到馬桶內，要放左垃圾桶內，而垃圾桶內沒有舖上膠袋，這樣很不衞生。
除了馬桶系統設計不好外，這酒店幾乎無什麼缺点。

Pros:

I have never rated any hotel 10/10 anywhere. This city, this hotel and everything related to Kande was perfect.
Special thanks to Eddie at the concierge and the rest of the staff were all amazing.
The food, service, location, cleanliness, quality of everything offered.
We discovered a home away from home.
1000% coming back.
We miss them already.

Pros:

No problem with check-in. Front desk is speaking simple English. Excellent location and great view from floor 25. As a smoker I had chosen smoking room. Grate thanks to Eugenia, who was able to explain front desk staff that charging the deposit on every extended night is quite unfair, as hotel has already collected 3 nights deposit. 😀

Cons:

I was extending my stay every day and they charged deposit on every night. Only after 3rd extension they had agree not to charge deposit any more, only the room rate.
The room and facilities look a bit tired.

Exceptional standards, can’t wait to return!
Pros:

The location was amazing, close to malls and transport. The hotel was stunning and our room was exceptional.

Cons:

We tried to use the sauna and steam room at 9.30pm before the 10pm close but it had already been turned off so we didn’t get to use it throughout our stay as I worked too late to make it in time.

Goede locatie, luxe kamers

Cons:

Alle restaurants zijn om 21.30 al gesloten. Dan kun je in je eentje op je kamer roomservice bestellen.
Ik bestelde noedels en cheesecake en kreeg noedels en spaghetti.
De qr code voor roomservice werkte niet

perfecto para descansar y relajarse, y personal fantástico
Pros:

la comodidad y el trato del personal. También la ducha y la cama. Pude descansar y relajarme en el complejo.

Cons:

Un estilo demasiado clásico para mi gusto, pese a tener 13 años el hotel, parece de otra época. Demasiado dorado, demasiada moqueta, demasiada madera oscura. Decoración demasiado clásica.
