Pros:

I booked here the start of the six weeks holidays for the last weekend before they went back to school turned up at 3:30 and it was all shut down the hotel next door told me it had been shut down for months

they cancelled my booking a couple of hours before I was due to go

Normally nice but wont go again
Pros:

Used to love coming here but last experience has put me off ive never complained evan though I've come here many times and there's always no remote or no towels ect and always had to go to reception to ask for things,location is good rooms are normally OK

I didn't like that when the hotel was shut due to problems.... id booked a sea veiw room and they thought it was ok to put me in a hotel a street away that had a room veiw of a alley way full of furniture and rubbish and evan phoned me before hand and never evan mentioned that id be put in another hotel and when I turned up to collect the keys they didn't evan say is this OK you staying here they just said here's your keys this is where your staying and that was that ... no appolagy nothing .....no offer to refund me if I wasnt happy with that ...so I handed my keys in and went back home ....fuming is a understatement tbh ...oh not to mention when I arrived there was a large lady walking around in a bra then when I left a group of people were sat in the door way drinking and smoking canabis on the door step that I had to ask to move to get out whilst the staff was stood there watching and integrating with them the whole place was vile tbh
