Don't stop here, and definitely avoid

Everything, too small, too dark, only very small double bed plus to top it all off we didn't stay at the sapphire hotel as they moved us into the residency hotel, we walked out and booked another hotel.
I don't think that the staff knew what they are doing.
We tryed to get our money back but the staff member lied.

Cons:

Fire alarms going off, rude staff and no towels in the room. Some people didn’t even get a kettle & there was domestic violence in the hotel which was originally ignored by staff
