The staff were friendly but the hotel was very basic had to ask for a towel and toilet rolls asked for teabags and such and was told I don’t know where they are so suggests they need training.
There was a slight resentment you even asked for things .. not by all, but it was there!
They charge for deposit and at time of check out there was no one on reception and nobody even pick up call and no answer

Dirty stained spare pillows. Stained dirty draws lack of loo roll. Unhelpful reception lack of basic info like not telling us their was a code system to enter the building in evenings. The fire alarm had no connection or power. Tooth paste stains in bathroom. Requested a fan but was told they don't have them. Wanting £20 deposit for hair dryer £10 was taken from me as deposit for the key which when returned at 8.30am no staff was available to refund. Impossible to contact the hotel direct regarding the matter as says mailbox ful.
No towels for the shower, beds have bed bugs, backroom sink was full of cigarette butts, the room smelt to bad, tv you can only plug in if to hang the wire across the bathroom door.

The only thing good about this accomadation is its location.
Firstly this accomdation is more like a hostel than a hotel. We refused the first room as it was a tiny room filthy and covered in mould. The alternative room was slightly better but hadnt been cleaned. The entire hotel is very run down. Towels were not provided in room we had to ask. We were a family of 5, 4 adults 1 child in 2 rooms and when we asked for extra pillows 1 was all they could provide. Games room was closed. Hallways had a funny smell which we suspect was vomit. Later on there was strong smell of smoke and Marijana. Photos are not reflective of what the accomadation actually looks like. Staff were friendly and polite but accomadation is not up to standard.
