Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, god mat /middag, overnattingssted med særpreg. Postkort stemning etter snøfall.

Cons:

Kjører man hit i mørke, på glatte veier, så er det en litt slitsom tur.

Beautiful old hotel that I'd happily visit again.
Pros:

Amazing spot overlooking a lake, a beautiful old hotel but well maintained and kept up to date inside. The staff were friendly and the room a decent size with big bathroom and a shared balcony.

Cons:

The food was OK, Norway isn't noted for it's food and this was as you'd expect. Not bad, but not amazing either. Breakfast was a similar affair, OK, but nothing special.

Het bed lag heerlijk.

Cons:

Het diner in het restaurant van het hotel was niet heel bijzonder. De porties waren relatief klein en er was weinig variatie.

Very nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Very nice staff and location. For a short stay is a good place. Interesting interior design, very modern. Comfortable beds. Large TV with Netflix is a nice plus) spacy

Cons:

Our window was next to the Parking entrance on the ground floor. We had to keep the window shut and curtains down. Otherwise it was good.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Fantastic place! Up on a hillside above the lake/river.
Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. They offer activities, like a horse and carriage ride. They had a very nice restaurant. It is very well worth the trip to this wonderful hotel.

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like. We loved the place.
Our room was missing the shower wall, as an earlier guest had broken it. We asked why they haven't put up a shower curtain and they would do that soonest in the wait for the new shower wall. But that wasn't an issue.

Cons:

Food, was cold and expensive. Wen we complained they say sorry, i will tell the kitchen.No new food, and we had to pay full for a cold meal, it was not even freshly made.

Very, very nice hotel with a remote location
Pros:

We chose this hotel the night before as we were travelling in farm country and this was the closest hotel we could find. It looked nice from the pictures and it was even nicer than we thought. Beautiful grounds, beautiful building, nice room. Very nice dining room and very, very good breakfast. The staff and owner were very friendly and the stay couldn't have gone better.
