Poor Cleanliness & Maintenance

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, with dust accumulated in the corners and spider webs in several places. The bathroom door didn't even have a lock, which was inconvenient and affected privacy. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. I hope the management takes steps to improve hygiene and room upkeep.
