Pros:

部屋が清潔で綺麗だった。子供の受験時に宿泊したが、食事会場を受験生に開放してくれていてありがたかった。
受付スタッフも子供に「頑張ってください」と声掛けをしてくださった。

Cons:

エレベーターが1台のみで階段も非常階段しかなく、混み合う時間は1回でエレベータに乗れずに見過ごす必要があった。

部屋が広くてベッドもセミダブルが2台のツインルーム。
お風呂も大きくてお湯の出もすごく良い。
和風のお風呂がありますがフロントで鍵をもらうのでカランが3つで混みました。
夕方は18:00〜20:00までハピーアワー、1人1ドリンク無料です。

電話での道案内がわかりにくかった。

とても快適でした
Pros:

かなり安く予約できたのですが清潔で快適でした。
最寄り駅の清水五条は準急しか停まりませんが、祇園四条や七条からも遠くはないので、歩くのが苦にならなければとてもお得で便利です。
パジャマが上下あるのも嬉しいです。

Cons:

エレベーターが一台しかないため、朝はけっこう待たされました。
チェックアウトが10時で少し早めです。

清潔感があり、ベッド・部屋の広さに余裕があり、ゆったりと過ごせました。

Cons:

チェックインの際、フロントで3人で予約していたが「お一人ですね」。外国の方だったこともあってか、指摘しても返事がなく、予約確認のメール画面を見せるとパソコンで番号入力。ようやく理解が得られたが、謝罪等の言葉なし。そんなに不快になる人柄ではなくてよかったが、さすがにどうかとは。
