Recomiendo 100% este lugar para vivir en Guadalajara y hacer de la estadía un verdadero placer
Pros:

Absolutamente Todo! Desde la ubicación hasta el personal Elba y Sandra atentas y colaboradoras con lo que haga falta. Las instalaciones, la limpieza todo un lujo verdaderamente

La ubicación es excelente, mi papá y yo salimos a las 10pm a buscar algo de cenar y encontramos por la iglesia del expiatorio , super recomendado.

La ubicación es excelente, caminando está cerca el centro, la zona está muy segura y tiene varios restaurantes y cafés cerca para disfrutar, las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario, plancha, secadora, toallas de ducha, todas las áreas de la casa están limpias y tiene un aroma agradable, cuenta con sala de estar y cocina para que te prepares el desayuno, refrigerador, cafetera y tetera✨😊 el personal es muy amable, todos los días estan para apoyarte, solo asegúrate de tener el código de seguridad de ingreso de la puerta cuando vayas a salir, ya que por seguridad cada día cambia el código de ingreso.

Pros:

bueno la ubicacion es excelente, no hay desayuno, todo me parecio muy bien, con excepcion del internet para trabajar es lento se traba mucho tenia que estar yendo al toks a trabajar; pero la verdad el lugar me funciono mucho, fue perfecto para mi necesidad personal de ir a guadalajara para tramites de consulado

Cons:

pueden mejorar el internet y el cafe por la mañana; siempre que iba solo alcanzaba para 2 personas y eramos tres

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Todo excelente, camas cómodas, almohadas cómodas, lugar limpio.
Pero sin duda lo mejor fue la atención de Elba la chica de aseo del hotel; siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y nos atendió con la mejor actitud. ¡Definitivamente el servicio de Elba es nuestro punto principal para volver a hospedarnos en este lugar!

Pros:

It was a nice and comfortable room. The neighbourhood has nice cafes and restaurants. It felt safe in the day and for walking at night too. Make sure you get the front door code every morning before you go out.

+ super freundliches Personal, welches die Gemeinschaftsbereiche täglich sehr sauber gehalten und gefragt hat, ob man etwas auf dem Zimmer braucht
+ Sehr sicher (Gegend und Unterkunft)

- sehr hellhörig. Man hört Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Die Gäste waren aber Nachts größtenteils still

Clean property with lovely staff but really a hostel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with good cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also really clean and the cleaning staff were lovely to talk to.

Cons:

The shower pressure is very poor and sometimes there wasn’t any hot water. It is really more like a hostel and it is very much self-serve. You also need to be aware that there are a lot of stairs.

Nice place in good location
Pros:

The property is in a great location for restaurants and cafes and it was kept very clean. The cleaning staff were lovely to talk to.

Cons:

The showers are not good at all with virtually no pressure and some days I couldn’t get any hot water. There are a lot of stairs people should be aware of and it is really more like a hostel than a hotel and is definitely self-service only.That’s fine if you realize that’s the case and I liked it okay.

The area is great, the accommodation NOT! Make sure NOT to get room No 2! Wouldn't stay there again!
Pros:

To be fair, this was a very last minute booking. At the hotel I had originally booked,
there was a misunderstanding with the booking so I couldn't stay there and had to rebook on short notice!
So I looked for the closest one which was Espacio Libertad.
The room (No 2) was decent sized. Two beds and a shower.
They have a common living area.
There are nice cafes and restaurants close by.
Liked the area to walk around. And I needed to be outside, please see below!

Cons:

What I didn't like was, the room had no windows!
Well, that was not quite correct. There was one window(sealed!) and it was leading into a hallway.
The lights in the hallway were on all night! Luckily I brought a face mask otherwise I would have not slept much...
So the photos do NOT reflect the reality I faced.
All these light, beautiful rooms, well, mine wasn't.
It does feel very strange to sit in a room with no natural light!

Also, the wall in the bathroom didn't go all the way up. Which meant there was an opening to the next room.
Nobody could see anything, but we heard each other showering and/or sitting on the toilet...

Plus the internet is just, what's the word... BAD! I email them (at a time when is was working) and they provided me
with 3 networks. One was not accessible at all, one was so slow, I felt like back in the 90s.
And one was somewhat decent, but cut out for 30 minutes at a time.
In the 21st century this is just POOR!

A comfortable, basic place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, a 7-Eleven convenience store with an ATM, and also the city centre if one doesn't mind walking a bit. The room was a good size, and there was a shared lounge and kitchen. I had no problems with the Wi-Fi.

Cons:

The hot water tap of the shower didn't work. It was repaired after I notified the hotel staff. Overall, though, the water pressure of the shower was quite weak. As only local channels were available on the TV, there wasn't anything in English I could really watch.
