Micampus Estrada 11 Student Residence

Cuarto de baño estaba limpio, pero con un par de cosas poco agradables a la vista.

Habitación muy sucia, adjunto fotos.
Edificio sucio, en obras, sin recepción ni nadie atendiendo en ese edificio. Nada de seguridad.
Mucho ruido por los pasillos, se escucha literalmente todo y, por si fuera poco, las puertas de las habitaciones hacen muchísimo ruido al cerrarse. Es imposible descansar.
Además, sábanas sucias y almohada super blanda y pequeña. Todo mal.
Pero lo peor fue que, a pesar de tener la reserva hecha con muuuucho tiempo de antelación por motivos personales importantes, me la modificaron el día antes SIN CONSULTARME NI AVISARME. Me cambiaron de sitio y de ubicación, excusándose en que todos sus edificios están en la misma zona, sin importarles nada el cliente. Ya que si una persona reserva en un sitio concreto, es por algo. No se molestaron en consultar. Cuando llegué al edificio en el cual había reservado, el personal (el nombre de la persona era Oihana o algo así) ni siquiera me dijo "Hola", me hablaron mal, me trataron fatal desde el primer minuto (tengo pruebas de todo), intentando silenciarme y echarme de ese edificio puesto que "estaba reservado para un evento de protocolo" palabras textuales. Claro, se lo reservarían para dicho evento y aceptaron sin importarles las reservas de clientes individuales ya realizadas para esa fecha, y no querrían perderlas así que las modificaron a última hora para su propio beneficio, sin consultar y sin nada.
No me había pasado nada así en la vida.
Además, el proceso de checkin cuando llegué fue largo y tedioso. Tuve que ir andando, cargada con todo el equipaje, hasta un segundo edificio lejano para que me dieran la tarjeta de acceso. Y después, caminando de nuevo cargada con todo hasta un tercer edificio, que fue en el que me alojé.
Sigo esperando unas disculpas por su parte, pero obviamente no llegarán nunca.
Una experiencia horrible, un disgusto horrible. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Ens va caure la llum del sostre mentre dormíem, després la recepció està a una altra punta d'on era l'allotjament per fer el check-in, poc preparat

We booked the hotel but were told we need to check in at another location. We come there are there's no one at the front desk. After many phone calls we got a response that someone would be coming. During the check in the staff was confused at what location we're supposed to stay and we ended up at another place entirely.

When we got to the location it seemed relatively nice - newly built, spacious. But then more problems came pouring. The hotel didn't provide any kitchenware - we didn't have any pans, pots or a single plate, fork, glass or even hand soap. We were very angry because we picket this place specifically for its stovetop. When asked, the staff replied that we didn't order the utensils in our booking, which was our first time hearing of such a thing. When asked if we could order it now, the lady at the front desk assured that we can come in and ask for it tomorrow when the kitchen staff will be working although she couldn't tell us how much it would cost. However, the next day when we called and asked if we could have the utensils brought to our room, the lady responded it was "not possible".

Lastly, when we wanted to check out, we asked if we could leave the room card in the room itself, or did we have to drag our suitcases all the way to their other location because the apartment we were staying in didn't have a reception desk. She affirmed the second option and mentioned that leaving it in the room would be an additional fee. When asked how much was the fee, she could not answer.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, daß der Empfang im anderen Gebäude war, musste leider zwei mal hin und her laufen und das in einem Gebiet das nicht eben lag also in Höhe und Tiefe.

No tengo ninguna queja pero si tengo que decir algo la almohada es muy incómoda. Recomiendo traer la tuya.
