Pros:

Window Sills very dirty. Fan dirty and too loud so couldnt use. The bottom of shower Level 2 needs repair resurface . Half a dozen shower products left in shower. Not sure if these for visitors or staff. The room was not fresh and no special touches. Eg welcome note. Food. Code at front door difficult and multiple email and text made finding code text cumbersom. Did not see or talk to any staff but communication on text was polite and efficient.

I wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll never forget the place. I was very comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the location. The kitchen and laundry are awesome. The shower is good but bathroom floor gets wet. I loved the room because it was so private on third floor on its own.I loved the view out onto sunny or moonlit harbour watching ships and seeing down to waterfront where everyone walks or runs. I liked the walks to the Rocks, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay. Travelled everywhere most on lime scooters and light rail.

Cons:

The only issue was the bathroom got wet and a musty smell but the rest of the beautifully old crafted stone building is amazing

Cons:

Bathrooms not clean, hair in shower drain, people upstairs make too much noise, slamming doors. Other residents eating our food in share fridge.

Great location and a comfortable bed, but the property was poorly maintained with cleanliness issues
Pros:

The location was fantastic if you don't mind walking a little bit into the rocks and Circular Quay. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities were not pleasant. It needs obvious renovations as well as being treated for cockroaches. The room required climate control other than a pedestal fan. Of major concern was that the backdoor to the outdoor patio area didn't appear to lock. The laundry and bathroom floor was dirty and needed swept and mopped.

Cons:

Very loud street noise, incredibly hot - no AC, bathrooms were pretty disgusting, there was hair all through my bed. The location is incredible but I’d definitely look for anywhere else first before here again. I also found it hard to contact the staff.

the location was perfect, so close to circular quay and all the public transport. great environment and all facilities were as expected. beds were comfortable with towels and and spares available.

Cons:

it was hot while we were there so not having ac was difficult but fans were provided. Bathroom on second floor just needs some attention.
