Just in front, on the other side of the road, is the loading area of El Corte Ingles department store, and trucks come almost every day at very early hours. That made it difficult to sleep.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Booking.com rental. The apartment was filthy from the moment we walked in. The kitchen cabinets were infested with cockroaches, and it was clear the place hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time.
As if the hygiene issues weren't bad enough, we discovered that the balcony door had no lock, meaning anyone could easily access the apartment from the outside. We felt completely unsafe staying there.
We immediately contacted the owner about both the cockroach infestation and the security issue, but our messages were completely ignored. No response, no apology, nothing. The level of disrespect and negligence was shocking.
This property should not even be listed on Booking.com. It’s unacceptable to offer such an unsafe and unsanitary place to guests. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone — stay far Away.

Details for check-in could have been communicated better upon arrival to avoid uncertainty and confusion with the hotel reception located in the same building, as there is no reception for private apartments. Said this, phone calls were effective, and helpful.
