Comfortable bed, quiet location off the road, room was quite modern. Good value for money
Could not get any hot water from the shower and one of the pillows didn’t smell clean
I loved the location. Cloud covered mountains right in front. River kunhar right at the back. Neat and clean rooms. Beautiful new furniture and decor. Good clean bathrooms. Good staff specially Umer boy. Mohsin was good too. Romaan was good as well. All of them did a good job.
There should be a safety grill on the balcony of room 101. It's dangerous.
I stayed here two nights with my family. Staff was very cooperative and the owner waqas bahi himself took special interest to make our stay comfortable. View from room is good and nearby river make it more attractive. Recommended for family stay. Excellent Value for money
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Shangrila in Balakot, Pakistan, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home.
A special shoutout to the manager, Shani, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to help with any request truly made a difference.
The hotel staff was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. And let’s not forget about the food! The cook prepared delicious, fresh meals that were served in no time. Each dish was a delightful experience, showcasing the local flavors beautifully.
Overall, my stay at Royal Shangrila was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Balakot. I can’t wait to return!
I have stayed at this place with my family, The rooms were very good with clean beds, bed sheets and furniture. The staff is very cooperative. Most important is availability of electricity during load shedding due to the installed Solar system. The location and building is also very good and maintained.
I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.
The location was amazing, it was surrounded by beautiful mountains, a good environment for stay of families. The food was also good. Overall it was a place worth staying.

The advertising is false
They mentioned a lake which turned out to be a unmaintained pool, they mentioned a 45 square meters room which was probably half that, no TV and no hot water at all
The price was reasonable for what was offered but false advertising takes away the customers trust in this app, it makes me wish I didn’t book the place and just looked for hotels myself

I had an awesome experience while staying at Royal Shangrila. The rooms were clean & comfortable. They have truly professional staff who know how to deal with customers. The plus point is that their location is quite good. You can easily find everything nearby. Rated 10/10.
Good value for money. Bed sheets were clean. Air conditioning and water heater were reasonably good.
Have to go out for food and snacks. The facility has very little to offer except basic breakfast.
