The hotel is conveniently located for travelers heading to Naran. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and uninterrupted electricity, which is impressive considering the remote location. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable place to stay during your journey.
The bed sheets had not been changed before check-in, which is disappointing. As a matter of hygiene, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that fresh bed linen, clean towels, and other room amenities are replaced before welcoming new guests.
The room floor was dirty, and the bathroom required thorough cleaning. The owners should take a more active interest in maintaining cleanliness standards and regularly inspect the rooms to ensure they meet basic hygiene expectations.
Unfortunately, when these issues were raised, the staff responded with excuses rather than taking prompt action, which was not acceptable. Improving housekeeping and customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Everything was good just the pool should’ve been working.
We had a great stay here a few weeks ago and came back for another night.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, The rooms are modern, beautiful and clean. It is peaceful and nice to look out at the scenery from our room

I arrived at the property at approximately 5:00 PM with my family after travelling for nearly five hours. Upon arrival, I was informed that they could not accommodate us because they had accepted a group booking and no rooms were available.
The staff attempted to relocate us to alternative accommodation, but the rooms offered were of a significantly lower standard and were not acceptable. After spending almost an hour discussing and disputing the situation with the management, I had no choice but to leave and search for alternative accommodation for my family.
This level of service, lack of professionalism, and customer care is completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be honoured, particularly when guests have travelled a considerable distance and are relying on the accommodation provider. The inconvenience, stress, and additional time spent finding alternative lodging caused significant disruption to our trip.

The meal and outside space was good.
Washroom was not clean. Ants in the room. No river kunhar view mentioned
I recently stayed at this hotel and I’m honestly so impressed. Everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay.
The ambiance of the hotel felt peaceful, and the service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the effort the team puts into making guests feel valued. Thank you for making my stay memorable I’ll definitely be visiting again!
Our stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room itself was immaculate, with stunning views and high-end linens. We will definitely be returning
I visited 1st time with the Group. But amaze to see that they are very much cooperative. Normally hotels treat groups traveller just for granted. Rooms are neat and clean. Hot water available anytime. Wifi service is available but not as good as we use normally at home/office. But at this location it is good because all networks internet service become disrupted, As per my experience I can give them 10/9, Because at this location managing things is difficult.

Everything was ok
I’m a regular tourist in different countries. But honestly this stay is very uncomfortable. Location is not on main road and property is full of bugs and bad smell because of backside some cultivation yards.
About hotel they show in pictures is very different in reality. Rooms are dirty and bedsheets are in bad condition. Washrooms also not sit able condition.
I asked them and they not deal properly because i book hotel from booking.com. Lateral they asking more charges in a way of tax. Kitchen is also very poor and if anybody see kitchen cannot eat that place.

It was esy to locate the hotel. views were nice. Had a swimming pool even though there was no water in it, lol.
Staff was friendly and accommodate at much as he could. so thumbs up for his service.
Friendly staff but cleanliness was a big issue. room was dirty could visibly see dirt, hair sweets on the floor that should've been cleaned before we checked in. Had to ask for water and glass in the room. They kept aircon remotes at reception and turned aircon off by 5am.
Bathroom was dirty. they didn't even provide toilet paper.
