Pros:

Fantastic apartments, would come back in a heartbeat. The staff were so accommodating with room choice and with check out time. A view of the bay that you don't get at any other point (you can see out to sea here, compared to other locations where the view is landlocked). Huge shower comfy bed, robes, kitchenette. Fantastic!

Cons:

We didn't get the sun on the balcony which we booked it for, but didn't know there were mountains in the way of the sun (I think it maybe hits for a short time around 5pm). Note, we were here in March, so it may be different in summer.

Die Lage mit dem Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt war super

Cons:

Der Küchenteil ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet, insbesondere die Spüle ist zu klein ((da paßt kein Teller rein, der Innenarchitekt hat wohl noch nie selbst abgewaschen)

Traumhafter Urlaub
Pros:

Unser Apartment war sehr schön und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Dusche super. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und Port de Soller. Für Fragen hatten Sie immer ein offenes Ohr und Antworten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Bel appartement confortable et bel endroit.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement et bel appartement équipé. La salle de bain est grande et confortable.

Cons:

L'enregistrement sur borne n'est pas très simple, surtout en ne parlant pas espagnol. La cuisine se trouve dans un placard avec un évier minuscule. ce qui n'est pas vraiment pratique.

Pour un confort optimal
Pros:

Appartement très propre et bien équipé de manière moderne , une situation face à la mer avec une belle terrasse.

Cons:

...le point Gps de l' adresse via Google map ne donne pas du tout au bon endroit.on a tourné pendant 30min avant de se résoudre à appeler . Heureusement nous avons eu un interlocuteur . Une fois sur place ..mais contenus des commentaires précédents nous savions qu'il y aurait une machine pour la Check in...pas mal fastidieux, prévoyez au moins un bon 10min avant de vous enregistrer.

Großzügiges Apartment im Stil einer Junior Suite mit Meerblick
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, vor allem die Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Gebäude ist nach über 20 Jahren Leerstand endlich renoviert und wieder erschlossen worden. Alles ist noch frisch und neu. Das Bett ist riesig und die Matratze schön hart, wie es sein soll (wer weiche Matratze mag weiss nicht was gut ist für gesunden Schlaf).

Cons:

Der automatische Checkin kann holprig sein, wenn die Instruktionen nicht vorher vollständig übermittelt wurden. So benötigt es einen Code zum Öffnen der Türe, um an die Maschine zu gelangen. Auch wenn das Zimmer bereit ist, erlaubt der Checkin-Automat den Checkin erst ab der zuvor verabredeten Zeit, keine Sekunde früher. Über den WhatsApp Chat wird jedoch schnell Hilfe geboten. Leider haben die Balkone keinen Sichtschutz zum Nachbarzimmer.

Absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

The apartment itself was beautiful and contained everything we could have needed. The staff were attentive and promptly answered any questions we had. The view is beautiful, there was nothing better than sitting on the balcony on a morning with a coffee and enjoying the view.
