This the worst we could have
Nothing is good. It’s very bad place to stay.
The place was good where the hotel is
A lot of issues I faced staying there
1. Bad room service
2. No cleaning done for the first three days , one staff came when we were to leave the hotel
3. Tv was gimmick, as no recharge was done
4. Water was licking from AC Continuously and despite complaining about this to the hotel receptionist nobody came to repair it.
5. The water problem was huge there , no water was coming from the TAP , we were told to take a bath in another room , which is not possible
So bad experience
Nothing. Though we had a booking we were turned down with the excuse that they were sold out. Totally unacceptable. We had to find a different hotel.
Bad
The staff were really nice and changed our room immediately when we requested them.
The picture is misleading as they don’t have any OYO banner. It says “Elgin halls and banquets”. The walls of the rooms have paints coming out. The bathroom can be improved.
Location
Room was not upto the mark, no pantry fooding facilities, housekeeping poor etc
The receptionist was very rude. I had very bad experience and never face such experience before.
Like only the surrounding environment as it is less chaotic
staff behavior and service was not good.
Location
In booking .com it advertises that breakfast included however there is not even facility to make tea or coffee in the room
Room is good bathroom good location good wifi works properly
No room service No staff, No Foods No car parking
No Signbord it's has a Signboard with other name
Staff upgrade our room to a better one at the same price. It was very nice of them. The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was really good.
I'm delighted to share my stay experience in this property. Rooms was well maintained, staff is behavior is truly professional.
The bathroom was not clean and the lid of toilet was broken
The stay was super and had a great time there. Hope next time again i will choose this.
The property was ideal for my business trip with its high-speed WiFi and spacious work desk. The staff was accommodating, and the location was close to business districts, making it very convenient
I love this hotel it's totally hygienic and all staff are also well behaved. Thank you
