La ubicación está excelente, se puede llegar al Jardín de Edward James caminando. El lugar limpio y muy bonito. El restaurante sirve buena comida para desayuno, comida o cena. En general, nos gustó mucho.
A beautiful hotel with a lot of nice details that compliment the nearby garden at Las Pozas. The room was large, the king size bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The pool and gardens are beautiful as is the restaurant. I really enjoyed staying here, and it is very good value for the price.
The coffee. Terrible. Buying good quality locally grown coffee and brewing it properly would make the breakfast special. The top floor Orchidea rooms could use chairs on the terrace. A bench in the room would be nice. My luggage was on the floor because the wardrobe is too small.

Très bruyant aux alentours (fête chez le voisinage) et l’insonorisation n’a pas permis de compenser.
Réception peu présente. Nous sommes partis en laissant notre clé sur le comptoir.

La ubicación es excepcional, inmejorable para el Jardín Surrealista y para otros puntos de la Huasteca.
Nada, todo bien. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero funcionales. Además pasa uno poco tiempo en el hotel y para descansar está bien.

La vista a las montañas desde la habitacion es la que hace que valga mucho la pena, la limpieza está bien a secas, lo malo es el servicio prácticamente no hay atención al cliente, cualquier cosa que se requiera se batalla, y te cobran hasta un vaso con hielo
La alberca y el trato del personal
No hay T.V
Es un lugar muy bonito, la ubicación es perfecta para visitar el jardín o las cascadas de Tamasopo. Tiene un buen desayuno que de paga a parte.
Por fuera parece mas, pero las habitaciones son muy básicas y el baño algo antiguo. Por la noche no había bar para tomar algo.
