Все было прекрасно. Очень гостеприимно. Приятный, чистый номер. Ресторан с превосходной кухней. Все очень вкусно. Территория большая и с детской площадкой для нас это было самое главное так как мы были с ребенком.

Wat een heerlijke accomodatie! De kamers zijn mooi gelegen met uitzicht op het complex. De kamer is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede verlichting, heerlijke douche. De bedden zijn goed. Het zwembad vlakbij de kamers (een ander zwembad was gesloten) is verwarmd (in juli!) en er is een hottub aanwezig (op aanvraag). Het restaurant is goed en met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Very nice accommodation with all amenities and extremely friendly staff (especially Vincent)

The staff was wonderful! Vincent was our waiter at dinner and breakfast the next morning. He was great! We do not speak Spanish very well and he expained everthing in English. The breakfast was fabulous! It was beautiful, bountiful and delicious. Our dinner the night before was as well! We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We wanted to stay another night but the hotel was sold out. If we are ever in that area of Chile again we will definantly be staying here!

Wow wow wow… this hidden gem is paradise. A beautiful Chilean country farm estate surrounded by farm land. We weren’t here long enough. There was so much to enjoy, long walks or horse rides or lazy by the pool with a good book. Stunning place to relax. Highly recommend.

Hacienda Santa Cristina is a beautiful property. Upon entering, you feel like you just arrived at a private estate. There are various fruit and vegetable gardens, and multiple buildings all designed with an old-style South American charm. The property is quite large and is immaculate throughout. The rooms are situated overlooking tranquil gardens and an appealing main pool area. There is a second pool, as well as a hot tub, on the property that is near the rooms, which is very convenient. Both are well set up with chairs and are very clean, and offer food and drink services. There is a huge restaurant which adjoins the main pool where you can also dine throughout the day.
In my opinion, everything written regarding this property, almost all positive, does not fully capture just how wonderful this place really is. Everything is clean and the gardens are groomed to perfection. The rooms and bathroom are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Each room has its own porch with a table and chairs. There are several vineyards within walking distance, surrounded by rolling hills, that overlook the property.
The breakfast is excellent and can be served to you right in your room if you prefer. This was a nice option as we ate it on our porch each morning. The dinners were very tasty and well presented. The staff was amazing in all aspects. Every person we encountered would greet you with a warm smile and was willing to help you with anything you needed.
Lastly, I want to mention the owner, Juan Pablo. He greeted us the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was there for us the entire time and gave us many suggestions to explore Chile on the rest of our trip. All his suggestions were spot on. He could not have been nicer. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Just book your room and don’t worry about a thing. Juan Pablo and his professionally trained staff will take care of the rest.

A wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place, extremely well maintained. Food for dinner and breakfast was great. We had no time to enjoy the horse riding, which we regret. Valley del Encanto is very close and a must do.
