Pros:

The staff were young & not trained in customer service! I asked for help with my luggage & the young man who kept me waiting Is seen at the bar- free. He could have helped me straight away cos the porterage took 2 minutes, he knew that but kept me waiting regardless. The hot water was only tepid both in the vanity & shower. It was a cool night so I didn’t appreciate a cool shower. The toilet cistern didn’t work & kept running. I reported these things so future users weren’t inconvenienced. But they seemed to not take this on board. Even though they understood English

Pros:

Don’t pick this place. Typical example of a wannabe fancy hotel that might work for locals but it’s a scam for tourists. At checkin they mixed up the rooms and gave a standard room while we booked a deluxe. Then wanted to charge an irrealistic price for the standard room. When I showed the price from their website we settled to pay the realistic amount. Carpet in the room was dirty. Service in the restaurant is average. No idea how this ever got 5 stars.

Pros:

local motel for the price of 5 star. no wifi reception in my room. no mosquito repellent. not even towel was ready in my bathroom. but had to call for my towel. food was not almost edible. great interior and setup. great scenary. guarded gate. good swimming pool.
