Pros:

Camas cómodas, desayuno! Muy rico y amables 🤗 y ubicación

Cons:

Nos percatamos que las sabanas tenían cabellos pequeños... solo pedimos nos cambiaran la sábanas tardaron un poco en resolvernos porque el joven tenia que esperar a que le dijeran que hacer o proceder.
Cuando ya le autorizaron ya nos llevó cambio limpio. No dan toalla para las manos pero la señora de limpieza muy amable! Le pedimos y si nos dio. Gracias

excelente , todo a pesar de lo que no me gusto , lo recomendaría e volvería nuevamente .
Pros:

ubicación excelente no se necesitaba auto para trasladarte al centro histórico , resepcionistas muy bien y siempre muy atentos , Nancy excelente con el desayuno siempre, volvería sin lugar a dudas .

Cons:

wifi con problemas se desconectaba permanentemente , aseo en la habitación de 5 días falto 2 veces , la recepcionista no atendió excelente proviendo toallas limpias .

Estancia excelente y personal agradable.
Pros:

Estaba muy limpia la habitación y el colchón fue muy cómodo. El personal de recepción fue muy atento y amable. El desayuno con Nancy fenomenal.

En la recepción Manuel estuvo muy al al pendiente, la atencion fue muy buena. Situado a pocos pasos del Parque Independencia, el Altar de la Patria y la Calle de Las Damas. Se destacan la limpieza impecable, la atención amable del personal y la excelente relación calidad-precio. lugar tranquilo, acogedor y con un diseño moderno que contrasta bien con el entorno histórico.

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Nicely clean, hot water, the AC kept the room crispy the staff was nice and it was in a quiet neighborhood, i parked a block before as the hotel has no parking but my car was safe.

Cons:

One of the pillows smelled funky, kinda like someone drooled on it and they didnt wash it
