Las instalaciones son muy modernas muy limpio todo, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable.
Desayuno aceptable, pero poca la oferta. Wifi muy muy malo. A/C bueno en la habitacion, pero muy malo en la recepcion y escaleras y pasillos. Lo peor es que no tiene ascensor, y para personas mayores es horrible. El staff sí es muy muy atento y siempre prestos a ayudar. El baño está muy mal iluminado, las mujeres no tienen luz suficiente luz para arreglarse. Sólo entregan una tarjeta-llave de la habitacion, pero porque protesté me dieron una adicional por cortesía. La cortina de la ducha no se cierra y todo se moja cuando uno de ducha. La ducha es sólo manual, no hay donde ponerla para ducharse con manos libres. La ubicación es aceptable, pero el entorno no es el mejor. El mejor carpetero fue Manuel: ESTUPENDO. Gracias a él la estancia fue mejor.

Everything was modern and clean
I only had working wifi on the first day. They said something about an issue that affected a larger area, but at one point I connected to the reception area wifi and the it worked
Keep in my mind also that the rooftop pool is very very small
I got there and all the hot food was cold.
The first room did not have any Wi-Fi accessibility, the tv in the room could not connect to the internet nor could my laptop and phone, and they didn't move me, it was not until I complained the next day that they moved me to another room and the internet still went in and out.
El desayuno y la comodidad de la Habitacion.
La conexion a internet en el nivel 4 es muy pobre de cae mucho, no me pemritio poder trabajar desde mi computador.
El hotel es pequeño, pero cómodo, la habitación es amplia, y la atención de Mikael en la recepción es muy buena, súper atento y nos daba buenas indicaciones, la ubicación muy buena, quedaba a unos 10 o 15 min máximo caminando hasta el parque Colon, pero puedes caminar por ese sector sin problema, ademas Jennifer en la parte de desayunos tambien muy atenta, siempre tratan de darte algo de la comida de ellos, de que pruebes y te enamores de sus sabores.
que la cafeteria quedara en el quinto piso y q no hay ascensor, es lo unico
