Pros:

Hotel che mette buonumore, hall originale e moderna.
Cura dei dettagli anche nelle stanze dove tutto è studiato alla perfezione.
Personale super gentile.
Posizione strategica: vicinissimo alla stazione per chi vuole muoversi con i mezzi.

Cons:

Unico neo ma di poca importanza, TV in camera con soli canali in tedesco.
Sarebbe stata top una tv Smart.

Personal und vor allen Dingen die Chefin sehr unfreundlich sobald es um Probleme ging wie Zahlung nicht eingegangen wurde ich behandelt wie ein verbrecher hatte aber nach gebucht und war schon eine Woche in dem Hotel alle Rechnungen bezahlt über tausend Euro und Ann soll ich nach Buchung mit 300 Euro nicht bezahlen lächerlich

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und die Betten sowie Kissen waren ausgesprochen bequem.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage, die leider nicht wirklich gekühlt hat bzw. nicht durchgehend gelaufen ist.

Ansonsten war alles top und wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen! 😊
