Pros:

Great property. The location was excellent close to shops ,restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything you needed.

Casa perfecta para 4.
Pros:

Me ha encantado la limpieza dentro de la casa y la organización. Es un sitio muy acogedor y perfecto para un descanso temporal. He pasado mi estancia allí con mis hijos como en casa. Ningún inconveniente. Es perfecta!!

Cons:

No me gustó que la casa no tuviera escobillas en los baños y que tuviera una fregona oxidada. Para la gente que le gusta la limpieza y que no les importa limpiar donde vive como yo,tuve que comprar una fregona nueva para poder pasar mis días en sitio limpio y no tener que molestar a la señora de limpieza venir a hacer lo que puedo hacer yo sin problema.
También el sofá queda un poco incómodo a la hora de sentarse para ver la televisión. Pero,en general,la casa es perfecta!

Must stay apartment in the heart of Benidorm Old Town
Pros:

Really spacious, clean and modern. Great facilities. Perfect location on a beautiful Spanish street in a quiet part of the old town. 3-5 mins walk from the heart of the old town, tapas alley, beach etc.

Pros:

It was absolutely beautiful and a great location We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Benidorm Old Town. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and all the charm of the Old Town. Despite being close to everything, it was peaceful and quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Pros:

El apartamento se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones, está prácticamente nuevo. Tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, dispone de todo lo necesario cerca.

Cons:

Quizás como crítica constructiva nos hubiese faltado un escurre platos, algún pañito de cocina y una escobilla del baño, pero en general todo perfecto.

Lo consiglierei a chiunque
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, la casa era pulitissima, climatizzata e molto moderna, casa per 5 persone con due bagni molto comodi. Posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Proprietario eccezionale e disponibile per tutto. Ci ritornerei e consiglio a chiunque di venirci.

Cons:

Sinceramente non trovo nulla da eccepire, se vogliamo essere pignoli il bagno aveva delle crepe nelle mattonelle, ma parliamo del nulla proprio.

Foram 4 noites super agradáveis e reenergizantes.
Pros:

Ficamos no apartamento do 1º andar. É bem agradável. Tem 2 quartos e 2 banheiros. A televisão é ótima. É possível manter a privacidade, pois há estores e cortinas. Todos os eletrodomésticos estavam funcionando perfeitamente. A ducha dispunha de uma boa quantidade de água e era fácil e rápido de aquecer. O ar-condicionado central, com controle do cliente, atendeu bem aos dias quentes em que lá passamos. Passam poucos carros no local. Há tudo por perto: praia, restaurantes, compras em geral.

Cons:

Por ser um primeiro andar, o som das vozes das pessoas na rua é bem alto, mas não chega a incomodar muito.
Sugiro deixar chinelos de praia para os hóspedes. Cadeiras de praia e sombreiros também seriam um plus.
O check-out às 10 horas da manhã é muito cedo para uma cidade que dorme tão tarde. Como os próximos hóspedes só entrarão às 16h, se fosse ao meio-dia, seria melhor.

Excellent! The best apartment we have ever stayed in.
Pros:

Very good location for the old town.
Scrupulously clean.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Could sleep quite a few as has sofa bed as well.
Efficient air conditioning.
Full kitchen
Very quiet, good soundproofing which is unusual for the old town.

Cons:

The mirror in the 2nd bathroom didn’t light up.
The pop up waste plug in bathroom 2 was broken on arrival. Not by us.
Early check out time did not suit us but I will book an additional night next time so we don’t have to rush.

Pros:

Great location and everything you could need including toiletries and basic cleaning products. Wouldnt hesitate to return to these apartments. We had couple of issues which were dealt with immediately after contacting Jose. Alicia who cleans these apartments deserves a mention too.

Cons:

If I were being picky 2 pillows on each bed would be nice.
