Good service happens only after giving negative feedback
Pros:

The stff at the reception was courteous. The dinner I ordered on the last day was very good when the kitchen staff went out of their way to cater to my request. However, I must mention that it was after giving them feedback based on the first two days of experiences.

Cons:

The breakfast was laid but staff was not active. In-room service was miserable failure for the first two days. Often times the phone would not go through - none of the numbers were reachable. Even a small request like lemon wedges were not provided. The packed breakfast was a joke - just a few pieces of cut fruits and two quarter pieces of cheese sandwich.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, nur war mein Zimmer den Preis nicht wert.

Cons:

Vorweg, die Zimmer sind sauber. Aber mein Zimmer (324) hatte kein Fenster, oder nur eines was mit Folie bekleidet ist, kein Möglichkeit zum öffnen hat und wohl nach hinten zeigt. Dazu hat der Raum eine kleine Stufe, die kaum wahrzunehmen ist, aber äußerst schmerzhaft sein kann. So jedenfalls in meinem Fall. Das Bett keinen Topper. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und durch dieses "Fenster" mit Vorbehang mit zu verdunkeln. Das PreiS-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht.
Eigentlich schade, hätte das Hotel doch mein Standort für Hyderabad werden sollen.

worth the price with a few room modifications
Pros:

Clean...well placed...great staff...good food.
Nice little gym.

Cons:

The pillows are too large for neck comfort..couldn't sleep and woke up with a neck and head pain.
Felt claustrophobic as the only window of my room was covered with tinted paper..could not even look outside.

Never go to this hotel, not worth it. Charge more but not provide basic amenities.

Restaurant food was good.

Cons:

The hotel provided a telephone for in room dining but the phone doesn't work and when I called reception they said they will arrange a call back, then I have waited for another 30 minutes and went out side a have a cup of tea from the street shop.

I have paid around Rs 6500 for one night, which is not small amount. When I asked for Iron to press my cloths, hotel could not provide a iron to the room. They are saying it is occupied. Hotel hair drier was also a shoe piece, found not working when needed. It us not value for money.
