Pros:

Clean and great accommodations. Lots of space for family to relax.

Cons:

Not close to convenience stores/restaurant. A vending machine in the location would be awesome. Fitness centre on site would be super nice and of course pool would make it perfect.

Loved the Barker! Suites are more like apartments with separate bedroom, living room, and full kitchen. Free laundry and breakfast. Not your normal hotel, decor is minimalist but clean and relaxing. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Pros:

Peculiar set up. We arrived at about eight, which meant there was no staff anywhere on the premises nor was there any staff at any point all night. Security had to come from offsite to let us in.

Everything is very new, but the furniture is very uncomfortable. No amenities within 10 minute drive of the hotel, however, it is extremely quiet area! No electrical outlets by either side, the bed, which was a problem for me as I need to plug in a CPAC . The kitchen and amount of space is wonderful. If I were staying in this area for an extended period I probably would really like this place but for one night it was a little strange.

Modern and Creepy
Pros:

Big one bedroom suite.

Cons:

Modern, dark, and creepy institutional design and cold lighting..
No front desk employees., Security guard checked me in. The room had wet cleaning stains on the floor. Ventilation was not working. The thermostat was disabled so I couldn't even turn on the baseboard heater..The unit smelled like wet particle boards.
