Für uns ein angenehmer kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Kochi nach Coimbatore.
Pros:

Neuwertige Ausstattung, Wasserkocher im Zimmer, moderne Klimaanlage und erstaunlich wenig Verkehrslärm für Indien und diese Lage.

Cons:

Geräusche von der Küche oberhalb unseres Zimmers. Könnte in einem anderen Zimmer womöglich nicht zutreffen.

One among my best trip in Kerala with family
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and it was easy to reach from the highway. The breakfast is well balanced with both kerala & Tamil style. The staffs at the front desk were excellent to guide and support..(Parvathi & Dilsha). The room service were brilliant indeed with a nice smiling face of people who come to serve.(Ebin-my best at times during the stay).

Cons:

Entertainment service like TV programs were mostly registered by person who stay there which shall be made free.

It was excellent and memorable.
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff at the front desk and at the restaurant. Very tasty food at the restaurant. The room was smaller than expected but very neat and clean with an amazing view from the window (of the national highway on one side and mist-covered mountains on the other).

Cons:

Had specifically asked for covered parking since it was the monsoon season and I was assured that it would be provided. But it was not available when we arrived and we had to wait outside on the road for 10 mins before we were provided a partially covered parking. There is no fully covered parking available at the property and this has to be clearly mentioned on the booking page.
