SOLO RESERVA SI NO QUIERES DESCANSAR EN LA NOCHE - Ruido intolerable, fiesta de los bares en tu hab

Lo único bueno su ubicación

Cons:

Sus instalaciones no están nada condicionadas para la zona, la mitad de sus habitaciones están frente a bres que prestan servicio hasta las 4 o 5 de la mañana y el nivel de la música y ruido es intolerable, no solo para personas con sueño ligero, para todo el mundo.
La recepcionista de la noche tenía una pésima actitud y respondía de manera muy irrespetuosa, incluso hizo comentario acerca de que eso era lo que se podía recibir por ese pago tan bajo por la habutación, y a decir verdad, por ese valor o incluso menos te puedes hospedar en el Holiday Inn; no lo recomiendo para nada, no cambien un buen descanso por ubicación, no lo vale.
Además pésima higiene en toallas asignadas a las habitaciones, tuve incluso que pedir que se cambiaran para poder usarlas y esperar en la ducha, horrible.
Sí debo decir que para la segunda noche nos cambiaron la habitación y esto mejoró un poco la experiencia. Sin embargo, esto fue después de una discusión con el personal y la verdad eso daña cualquier viaje. Repito para nada lo recomiendo. Pésima relación costo - beneficio.

Unless we get the room requested, we won’t be back.

Central to all we like to do.

Cons:

NOISY bars across the street EVERY night until 5am!!!! We did NOT get the room requested; property says Booking.com didn’t forward it to them. VERY disappointed!

La ubicación es lo mejor, el cuarto es muy amplio (me dieron uno con cocina y sala)

Cons:

Me toco la ventana frente de un karaoke pero mi amigo de otro cuarto dijo que los cuartos de atrás son tranquilos.

Qué está muy bien ubicado dentro de la zona y la comodidad de camas y almohadas.

Cons:

Las instalaciones un poco deficientes, las puertas y ventanas no aislaban el ruido de afuera, era como si estuvieran abiertas, tuberías oxidadas, toallas deshiladas.

Estaba un poco sucio el piso.

Nos tocó una tele e internet sin servicio, quedaron de arreglarlo pero no lo hicieron.

L accueuil etait excellent et tout le monde etait toujours souriant et pret a aider.
L emplacement etait pas mal mais les bars du coin ferment entre 3 et 6h00 du matin, boules quies obligatoires

Pros:

It was older and quaint but very clean and freshly painted. The bed was comfy and the pillows were good. Nice big shower with ample hot water. There was a little kitchen with microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove top, blender, plates and utensils. The staff went out of their way to make everything as nice and fancy as possible. I was blessed with a quiet room even though the hotel sits right on a main, busy street. Good location, only 3 blocks to the south end of the Malecon. All in all a good spot. I would stay here again

Excelente atención de las muchachas de la recepción. Siempre dispuestas en todo.

La habitación súper bonita, limpia, las camas confortables, todo bien acomodado.

Cons:

Del alojamiento todo perfecto, solamente que nuestra habitación estaba al lado de un bar nocturno el cual no permite que el descanso sea placentero. Lamentablemente eran las 5 de la mañana y aún había música a gran sonido.
