The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke due to staff and guests smoking inside. Booking.com is misleading customers by mentioning "non-smoking rooms". The smell permeated absolutely every corner, making the stay very unpleasant and borderline dangerous.
I traveled with a toddler and was stressing about second -hand smoke exposure the whole time. I normally turn around and leave in similar situations but due to needing rest after a 12-hr flight and paying in advance for the duration of the stay (11 nights), I decided to go through with the reservation.
The building is the opposite of accessible. There is technically an elevator but one needs to climb up and down a bunch of uneven, narrow and slippery stairs to get in and out. I struggled with dragging both my child and the stroller along those stairs every time. Yes, one could leave a stroller downstairs but then it would reek of smoke as much as any other item in the building.
Anyone senior or with mobility issues would not be able to get to their room at all without risking to break their neck from falling down the steep stairs.
The room was clean upon arrival but throughout my stay it became clear that the owner didn't invest in the general upkeep of the property. Photos attached show a hair dryer with exposed wiring and overall falling apart. Lots of mold and different buildup in the washing machine and shower area. Wallpaper peeling off in multiple places.

Nice welcoming gift from the host. The kitchen was well equipped and cosy.
The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location is great, very close to the metro. There is a lift and decoration in the staircase. WiFi was working well.
It was smelly. Towels and bed linen had spots. The conditioner had no remote control. Many things were broken. The lights were flashing. The toilet seat was loose. The heater was rusty. It was ok for one night but not longer.
This apartment felt like home the moment I arrived! I loved everything about it! The staff were attentive, the food was top notch, and the apartment was clean and the location is conveniently located and very safe.
I cannot think of a single thing that I didn't like. For me it was perfect!

This was a last minute booking so we arrived tired and very late at night. Thankfully, check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and had a nice balcony window. I loved my stay here. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Affordable and comfortable!
