Could have been better with a little maintenance work.
Pros:

The room was good with nice ensuite shower room. Room was quite spacious and with curtains open it was much brighter than in the photos. The weather was cold and the little heater was a godsend. Tayo and Chris were very friendly, obliging and helpful.

Cons:

BUT, the shower was broken and leaking badly; the room door handle was vitually hanging off and I was concerned I might be trapped inside if it completely fell off. It needs maintenance work. I agree with other reviewers that the area doesn't feel safe, although people I spoke to were frendly. I saw two rats outside (or one twice) which doesnt bother me as I like to see the local wildlife but it might bother some. Hallway scruffy and I did get some scary noise (though only for a hour in early evening).

Pros:

Very good place to stay. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom are clean. The neighborhood is quite. Easy to communicate with a host throughout the whole time.

Cons:

The room for 2 people is a bit cramped.

Very cheap but I did not feel safe.
Pros:

For the price, it was ok. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom fully-equipped and clean. Distance from central hatfield is very minimal.

Cons:

On my arrival, when I was getting a tour of the room, my family was waiting outside. A fight broke out between six men with machetes next to the playground infront of the appartment. I was further advised by a local not to walk on that street at night. I Ubered home every night after that.

The door of the room I was in is broken, so you have to slam it shut pretty hard or lift from the handle.

Mon sejour a Highly Confortable Home n'a pas ete satisfaisant, compte tenu des remarques ci-dessus.
Pros:

Le petit dejeuner n'etait pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre. La situation geographique etait acceptable et vraiment calme un atout pour se reposer. Elle m'a permis de faire beaucoup de marche a pied pour aller au centre commecial

Cons:

Il faut vraiment amelorer l'assistance aux clients. La maison (cuisine, chambre) etait glaciale pour la plupart du temps car le chauffage n'etait pas efficace. La chose plus terrible est que je n'avais aucun interlocuteur a qui poser les problemes rencontres pour assistance.

Stayed here for about 2 months. Would recommend highly
Pros:

Very comfortable. Always warm. Nice people. Has a kitchen so can cook. Very close to a Lidl.

Cons:

Not in room. But internet is very good. And who watches tv these days anyway if you have an iPad
