Die Lage war super! Man konnte alles sehr schnell erreichen!

Cons:

Alles hat gepasst!
Zwei Sachen was ich leider anmerken muss - die Dusche bringt leider nicht wirklich einen Wasserdruck zusammen bzw Warmwasser war nur zeitweise da. Die zweite Sache, vl könnte man weniger Essigreiniger beim Putzen. Sehr intensiver Geruch!

Ansonsten tolle Lage, Aufenthalt und Zimmerausstattung :)

Buena y cómoda estadía
Pros:

Buena opción para quedarse varios días. Lo encontré muy cómodo, bien decorado, espacioso. Tenía refrigerado y hervidor en la habitación. Cuenta con cocina común y lavandería (de pago).
Ubicación excelente, frente a supermercado y muy cerca de estación de tren.

Cons:

El check in y todo el proceso de entrada es automático, te envían la información días antes, por lo que no hay interacción humana. En cualquier caso, la información es clara y detallada, pero a personas mayores o con dificultades tecnológicas les puede complicar mucho.
En segundo lugar, el check out es muy temprano: a las 10.30 hrs y no puedes dejar tu equipaje, deberás conseguir una consigna de equipaje (yo fui a la estación de tren). Las opciones de pago que da el mismo alojamiento no son de las más económicas.

Super central und schön.
Pros:

Der moderne Stil, Schlafzimmer im oberen Teil ganz schön. Ich als ältere Person würde es aber nicht mehr wählen! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wie gesagt als älterer Mensch war das Höhenniveau der Stufen etwas mühsam, aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür.

Lo que buscabamos
Pros:

Ubicacion muy buena fuera del centro. A 10 minutos andando del Parlamento, a 5 de la Isla Margarita y muy bien comunicado con el centro por tranvia y bus, las paradas muy cerca del alojamiento.
Limpieza muy correcta y las instrucciones para acceder muy completas.

Cons:

El baño algo pequeño. Hubiese estado bien un par de vasos.
