Definitely booking again
Pros:

The apartment is even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is extraordinary, the metro is a 2 minute walk and you also have a lot of stores/restaurants around, the parliament is also really close like a 15minute walk which we enjoyed a lot. We will definitely booking this apartment again when coming back to Budapest and i recommend it to everyone who's planing on coming.

Αλλάξαμε εκεί την χρονιά μας με πυροτεχνήματα αυτό ήταν το ευχάριστο.

Μας άρεσε ότι ήταν σχετικά κοντά όλα σχεδόν στο κέντρο ήμασταν.

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν καλή. Είχε τρίχες και μύριζε πολύ το μπάνιο αποχέτευση κ αυτό έμπαινε μέσα στο δωμάτιο ή μυρωδιά. Στο 4 διαμέρισμα. Στην ρεσεψιόν ρωτούσες κάτι και δεν σου απαντούν καθόλου κ σου απαντάνε στην γλώσσα τους σαν να μην ήσουν εκεί. Οταν έγραψα την κριτική εδώ την έγραψα μόνος μου βιάστηκα αφού φύγαμε από το δωμάτιο αλλά αργότερα που το συζήτησα με την γυναίκα μου μου είπε κ άλλα πράγματα που εγώ δεν τα είχα προσέξει εκεί όπως τα παπλώματα δεν ήταν καθαρά είχαν τρίχες από τους προηγούμενους που έμεναν εκεί και το πιγκάλ της τουαλέτας του μπάνιου ήταν μέσα στα σκατα. Κρίμα τα λεφτά που δώσαμε. Πρώτη φορά πηγαίναμε εξωτερικό όλοι μαζί σαν οικογένεια..κρίμα..να δίνεις 600€ για δύο μέρες και να συναντάς αυτά για να κάνεις τις διακοπές σου εκεί.. λυπάμαι.

Pros:

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Posizione al limite del centro, raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi pubblici o con una passeggiata di 20/25 minuti dalla basilica. Camera spaziosa, ben riscaldata e sufficientemente silenziosa sebbene posizionata sulla strada principale. Materasso molto comodo. Un market dall'altra parte della strada ed una buona bakery per la colazione nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Ambiente fin troppo tranquillo, apparentemente disabitato nonostante la presenza di più di 10 camere. In 5 giorni abbiamo incrociato una sola volta un'addetta alle pulizie. Questa cosa l'abbiamo percepita come se fossimo abbandonati a noi stessi.
Pulizia da migliorare soprattutto della biancheria (le lenzuola avevano un cattivo odore). Sul letto c'erano 4 piccoli cuscini d'arredamento molto scomodi per dormire. Poi ci siamo accorti della presenza di 2 cuscini più grandi nel cassettone sotto al materasso ma non avevano la federa, quindi inutilizzabili.
Wifi funzionante perfettamente solo il primo giorno, poi non siamo più riusciti a collegarci al router. La tenda oscurante parzialmente sganciata e alcune parti del soffitto in legno staccate davano un senso di trascuratezza.

En booking encargamos una habitación con dos camas,no una cama y un safà cama era importante para nosotros y por eso nos decidimos por este establecimiento,la sorpresa es que nos dió un sofà cama,a la mañana diguiente se lo comunicamos todo por mail nada presencial no vimos a nadie en toda la estancia,y nos dice que era lo que havia y listos intentamos entablar una conversación para ver si havia alguna solución y no nos la dió,por lo qur pasamos los tres dias maldurmiendo en un sofà cama super incomodo con la conseqüente dolor de espalda,a parte el apartamento esta en una calle super transitada donde parece que el trevia lo tienes dentro del piso,estaba sucio sin sacar el polvo de dias,la tapabdel water no coincidia con el inodoro xungo xungo cables por devajo de la escalera de subir a la habitación, en realidad no vale no mucho menos el precio pagado ahhhh y encima cuando ya nos haviamos hido nos manda un mensaje donde nos pide que no hagamos una mala reseña que si al caso nos devuelve 37€ madre mia yo no pienso volver es una estafa nos sentimos engañados

Beautiful apartment in handy location, great shared spaces and great for a short-mid length stay!
Pros:

I stayed here for my solo trip to Budapest and I believe it made my experience exceptionally better. It was in such a great location, walking distance to the centre and the river, with public transport close by, I felt safe and secure and although the building these apartments are located in is quite old and dated, I think it added to the charm and was still very secure with both a metal gate and sliding door which were code-locked. The reception area and shared kitchen facilities were clean and handy, and I stayed in the Double Room w/ Private Bathrom and this room was beautiful! It had everything I needed for my stay, it was clean and I would definitely return when I come to Budapest again :)

Cons:

Only slightly nit-picky things that had little impact:
- The curtains for the room are so long and high up they cannot be closed the whole way, but the windows aren't see through so it's not a major issue.
- It can be slightly noisy outside with doors and windows banging, due to slight gaps in the windows but again not a major issue, and dependant on who else is staying in the building.
- The doors for the shower didn't keep water in very well, so after showering the floor could be slightly wet
- Every time you turn the light on in the bathroom, the fan turns on which is fairly loud, so having a separate switch for the fan would've been more ideal
