Visszatérő vendégek leszünk!
Pros:

Szülinapot ünnepelni mentünk két éjszakára hatan lányok. A szállás szép volt, könnyen hozzáfértünk a kulcsokhoz. Minden rendben volt, nagyon jó ár! Ketten kanapén kellett aludjanak, nem volt az a legkényelmesebb, de kibírtuk. Minden szobába klíma.

Cons:

Lehetnének 6 személyes férőhelyek ággyal, a fürdőben a zuhanyrózsa kicsit rosszalkodott, de nem volt galiba..

Experience décevante, logement mal entretenu et pas propore...

Le seul point positif de notre séjour est l'emplacement, même si la nuit nous avons mal dormi, a cause de la literie et du tramway qui passe a coté chaque 5 minutes jusqu’à 2 ou 3 heur du matin

Cons:

Nous sommes très déçus par ce logement. À notre arrivée, l'appartement n'était manifestement pas correctement nettoyé. Nous avons constaté de la poussière en quantité importante, notamment sous le canapé-lit, dans les coins et même le sol, ce qui laisse penser que le ménage n'avait pas été effectué sérieusement avant notre arrivée.
Par ailleurs, plusieurs coussins et serviettes dégageaient une odeur désagréable, ce qui nous a poussé a acheter des draps, des taie d'oreillers et des serviettes. Le canapé-lit, présenté comme un couchage, s'est révélé particulièrement inconfortable et peu adapté pour dormir.
Ces conditions sont inacceptables pour un logement proposé à la location touristique et ne correspondent ni au niveau de qualité attendu ni à la description de l'annonce. Le seul point positif de notre séjour est l'emplacement du logement.
Après notre première réclamation par message WhatsApp, le responsable nous a proposé l'intervention d'une femme de ménage pour le lendemain contre un supplément de 37€, alors que les frais de ménage étaient déjà inclus dans notre réservation. Cette proposition nous a semblé particulièrement inappropriée compte tenu de l'état du logement à notre arrivée.
Ce n'est qu'après une seconde réclamation qu'il a reconnu le problème et nous a proposé un remboursement de 50 € ainsi qu'un ménage gratuit pour le lendemain. après validation de notre part, La femme de ménage est bien passé le lendemain, mais à ce jour nous n'avons toujours pas reçu le remboursement de 50 € qui nous avait été promis malgré notre relance.

Szépen felszerelt modern apartman, azonban a csatornaszag volt a fűrdőszobában.

Szépen felszerelt, tiszta, kényelmes, rendezett apartman.

Cons:

Sajnos a fürdőszobában rettenetes csatornaszag volt, amit már a fő folyosón is érezni lehetett. Mindemellett a kartonfalak miatt minden áthallatszódik, így az éjszakai pihenés a folyamatos zajok miatt nehéz volt.
