i did not like anything
Swara restaurant which is attached to Dipali executive was not having good menu or variety menu, not a single sweet dish. When you call receptionist the sound does not come clear. No tissue paper or toilet paper was provided. When I told all this to staff, they did not reply anything while checking out. No hot water in the room for bath in morning. Worst experience.
Size of room is good.
Hotel doesn't have its own Restaurant even for Tea Coffe. They pick up food items from local vendors as per request and provide with higher charges. Location is in center of market and full of chaos. Service is not upto the mark mainly in the morning, when you have to struggle for hot water.

Service was very bad. Even after reminding twice, the rooms were not cleaned. No mineral water bottles provided complimentary. Smelly rooms and noisy ACs.
The staff was cooperative and helpful.
Did not like almost everything. The building was old. Bedsheets were torn down. The furniture was old. TV was not working properly. Water bottles were not provided. Toilet papers were not provided. REAL parking was not available. Bathrooms were without partition between the shower and toilet area. Three rooms for two nights and rooms were not cleaned the next day. They were not worth even half of what was paid.
