On arrival I was told the room I had booked for 1 week was not available and that if I wanted to stay I would be required to pay a higher rate. I paid the higher rate purely because I was exhausted after the plane flight and needed to sleep. The room i was given was on the 6th floor. It was basic, out dated and I could not lock my door. It was also Directly beside the lift/mechanics which was far to noisey to sleep at night. After day 3 I decided to relocate. I was abused by the staff as I handed my key back. They accused me of informing booking.com that they had cancel my room when in fact it was exactly the opposite. The hotel informed booking.com that I had not arrived at all. I had paid in full for 7 night, left after 3 night. I didn't request a refund so they made 4 nights of payment from me, without me using it. One of the reception staff was also sick, complaining of a sore throat and continually coughing without exercising any infection control measures, such as an arm to cover the mouth. I am in vietnam to have dental work completed and could not risk getting sick.
It appears to be a common theme in the area that tourists are arriving all to be told their booking is no longer available.
I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a major disappointment. Filthy rooms, nothing like the advertised photos, and the service was incredibly poor. Avoid at all costs!
Close to everything staff extremely friendly
Friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage with them after checkout and we came back for it later when it was time to go tonthe airport.
The water in the shower was nice and hot too.
The location is near the Buivien walking street. It kind of felt like Las Vegas to me. I would prefer a quieter neighborhood.

aside from it’s best value I like that it’s clean and room got no foul odor, lift is big, clean toilet and comfortable bed
I like that it’s near to everything bars, shops and restaurants but despite the place is located in a busy area we still have a good sleep in their comfy bed 🛌 and I also like their clean toilet and strong shower 🚿
