המעלית לא עבדה (מיקמו אותנו בקומה נוחה בשל כך).

Boa localização em Palermo! Excelente bairro! Muito bom aroma do quarto, ótimas opções de iluminação indireta no quarto e banheiro, limpeza diária e qualidade da roupa de cama e banho, boa qualidade e aroma dos itens de higiene pessoal. Media Luna e suco disponíveis cortesia para os hóspedes o dia todo!!! Funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos e disponíveis! Café da manhã bem provido! Muito importante: filtros com água gelada e água quente em todos os andares!!! Copos e garrafa disponíveis no quarto para pegar água. Box com cortina de excelente qualidade! Quarto aconchegante e decorado com bom gosto!

Cons:

Gostei de tudo! Únicas observações é que a janela do meu quarto dava para a varanda de passagem interna, sem privacidade para deixar as cortinas abertas. E, infelizmente, o elevador estava com defeito, durante a minha curta hospedagem de 2 noites, então o acesso ao quarto teve que ser por escadas. Mas imagino que resolvam isso logo.

Would stay there again!
Pros:

Great location. Wonderful service. Rooms were small but very comfortable. We loved the area as it provided us a great option other than a large hotel chain.

Service was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Loved the location. We felt very safe
