Bad smell dirty
Cons:

The bad smell it wasn’t clean all the place was dusty pillow, bitch. She was dirty yellow pots on it. It was red or blood or what I don’t know. The water test was very bad and one receptionist guy who wasn’t polite.

Great stay but don’t expect anything great

Location was great and staff were amazing loved the type of room options available

Cons:

1000 baht deposit is ridiculous because there were already things in the room not working good thing we videoed everything straight from the lift. Walls are so thin you can hear everything that happens in the next rooms, corridors, and even OUTSIDE. You’ll wait ages for the lift too and the lifts are extremely small.

Cons:

Lack of sunlight in rooms and premises, dim lighting giving an upsetting feeling. Room services were limited. Overall, the hotel was overpriced. Not good value for money.
