Propre et bien situé
La chambre principale est située au rez-de-chaussée et ne dispose pas de fenêtre, mais seulement d'une grande baie vitrée qui donne sur le patio intérieur. A moins de souhaiter être en vitrine pendant son séjour, on est donc condamnés à fermer les persiennes en permanence. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et on m'a donc fait payer plus (320 pesos!!) et cela pour seulement avoir une fenêtre. La description devrait mentionner ce fait car je ne connais personne qui souhaiterait être ainsi exposé aux yeux de tous pendant son séjour et encore moins une nuit. Je trouve ça proprement scandaleux. Et de me faire payer en plus est juste une arnaque! "Hotel boutique" est un bien grand nom pour un édifice par ailleurs aussi mal construit et aux détails déja vétustes (douche, practicité des ameublements, détails des meubles....)

ubicación, comodidad de las habitaciones, el servicio del personal y el silencio para descansar. Es bastante céntrico y es justo lo que se necesita para conocer la zona
no tengo nada que decir, todo muy bien, solo un poco lento el checkout porque cuando todo mundo lo hace tienen que revisar las habitaciones a ver si no consumieron y no pagan.

la habitación que me asignaron era demasiado pequeña no correspondía con lo que yo vi en booking a la hora de elegir, pero estaba lleno el hotel y no habia modo de cambiar

That I had to leave the keys with them. I have never done that. But I know it was for our own good so we don’t loose it.
Location was convinient as there is a restaurant across the street, drugstores nearby and public transport. It may be 10 minutes from the main square but it is a walkable distance and there is not noise. Staff was very kind and I felt supported when I needed some advice from them.
Although it's a nice hotel and has a great common room, the room I stayed at looked a bit cheap, not very well lighted with artificial light (although there was a huge window it may decrease privacy), and the closet door could not fully open as there was some furniture blocking it. There were also not many hangers. I mean, there were some detalles, but so far it is very acceptable. Some inner design improvements may take it to the next level.
