Loved our Stay!
Pros:

Hector, the manager, was a great point of contact and host. The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Location was great as well, a few steps away from Parque Juarez and a nice stroll from Zona Centro. We felt very safe and the staff was wonderful as well. If you are looking for a place and have not been to SMA before, this is a wonderful little find and you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at Hotel Apapacho was amazing. It was clean and the staff were extremely nice to us. We really liked that it was kind of hidden, away from the large volume of people, and about a 5-10min walk towards el Centro. We will definitely come back!

I stayed at the Hotel Apapacho Boutique in May 2025. This is my 6th visit to SMA and this was the best hotel I've stayed in. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and had wonderful amenities. The staff, front desk in particular were very professional, helpful and responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this Hotel. FYI if you are traveling from the Mexico City airport to SMA, I highly recommend Bajo Go Shuttle, they picked me up at the airport and then drove me directly to the Hotel. Super convenient.

Una experiencia inolvidable en el paraíso del confort y el diseño

Hospedarme en el Hotel Apapacho fue, sin exagerar, una de las mejores decisiones que pude haber tomado para mi viaje a San Miguel de Allende. Desde el primer momento me sentí acogida con una calidez genuina que hace honor al nombre del hotel: un verdadero “apapacho” al alma.

Cada rincón del lugar está diseñado con un gusto exquisito que combina perfectamente lo contemporáneo con lo tradicional. Las habitaciones son un sueño: amplias, impecables, con camas comodísimas, detalles que enamoran, y una vista que parece sacada de una postal. El rooftop fue mi lugar favorito: perfecto para ver el atardecer con un cóctel en mano.

El personal fue simplemente excepcional. Amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que aman lo que hacen y que su prioridad es que cada huésped se sienta especial.

Si buscas un lugar con alma, estilo, servicio de primera y esa sensación de estar exactamente donde debes estar, Hotel Apapacho es el lugar. ¡Volveré sin pensarlo dos veces!
