Pros:

Room was changed after many attempts as AC was not working. Poor cleanliness.

Hotel not accommodated
Pros:

It was very bad experience, they didn't accommodate by giving the reason that management of Hotel has been changed and there is no connection with current management.
I requested for refund via email., and didn't receive any proper response,rather giving usual reply that they will contacting with Hotel.
